If your lips are already burning, that means it's already become super chapped! Carmex is great to moisten the lips and prevent it from getting chapped -- there are other options available too though!

Tbh i really stuffed my bag full, i have 0 space in there whatsoever, i got a Z50, Z6, 50-250 DX, 16-50DX, 50mm 1.8 DX, 10-20 DX, 65mm 2.8 macro DX, 50mm 1.05 FX, 180-600 FX, camera cleaning set, 5 filters, 4 spare batteries, an intervalometer and a tripod on the outside The Rollei Oceanliner L is one hell of a backpack

Try photographing from both sides to get the client's best side. Sometimes people don't know what their best side is.
Great tip! It's a good idea to photograph from both sides, look at the photos to figure out which one is ideal, and then continue shooting from that side.

Is the waterproof version safe for kayaking trips?
We offer a water-resistant option which features waterproof material and zippers, but I wouldn't suggest it for heavy water sports like kayaking. You may need a dry bag of some sort to really keep your items safe! Our bag's are great if you get caught in a downpour :)
How do I stop the straps from digging in just under my armpits? if I reach forward the straps really dig in. I have yoke style straps.
Oh man, those yoke-style straps are really painful 😕 We would generally suggest S-curve or regular type straps that have very thick air mesh padding (otherwise it will dig in really deep)
Have had an Osprey Kestrel 28 for years. Slippage and sometimes shoulder pain. Noticed a clip recently and worked out it was part of a sternum strap kit, with the other bit missing. Contacted Osprey and they sent the necessary item. Things should hopefully improve.
Chest straps are an absolute must for these kinds of bags!

Mine does not have: 1) Straps at bottom. 2) Mine did not come with 'Waist' pads that were seen in the video (is that an extra?). I have one fastened strap near my upper chest. And there is one accessory strap I have no idea how to attach. I was hoping for insight in the video like this, but your video appears to be featuring an earlier or different model.
It was not made clear but the 'waist strap' is an add-on item. I am actually missing one, but one unattached strap I spoke of above that was included with my bag, loops around and is apart of an assembly to form the tripod holder on the bottom of the bag. I need two though, to make it work.

It depends on the purpose, size, what you're carrying, and ultimately preference! In general, we always suggest air mesh padding because it's by far the most comfortable :)

This is exactly what I was looking for. It looks to function like the Lowepro ProTactic but looks more stylish and unassuming on what's inside.
