Thanks for the vid. What's the point of two MIDI tracks? I know the MS2000 is multi-timbral but I didn't think it had two MIDI channels. I only have a microKORG; as far as I know, you can't sent it two sets of MIDI at once.

I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t even see the potential after a while but 3 or 4 years later I find it and it’s just such a game changer because at first the midi topic with the din ports had confused me. That was very informative. I was able to accomplish the same with Cubasis 2 by going with your tutorial. I love the Auria pro interface. I might purchase it as well. Apple’s iPad keeps blowing me away by what it can do. I don’t get why android is left completely behind where art and music production is concerned. Samsung tablets have plenty of power to handle these apps.

Have you tried this with the Auracle software as well?

Nice Review, but something is wrong with your Routing, Guitar must Recorded in Mono, Vocals too! But you Record all together in one Stereo File!? But nevertheless that show me for what I search for, thanks! But I miss a Software overview of the Routing Mixer Software from the ConnectAUDIO2+ ...so i Surf on maybe I found some information of it!? Thanks for the Review, Mate!

A diagram of your setup woulds be much clearer than a load of BLA BLA don`t you think. Maybe you can`t draw on paper or don`t have a pencil handy. What a pity. I didn`t undersand a word you said, again pity. iConnect don`t seem to put over their connectivity products in a very comprehensive manner. No good pointing with your finger on the screen that`s the lazy man`s way of explaining things. Even their website gives just a minimum of information. There are newbies on the music scene trying to connect their new stuff but you don`t make it easy to understand it all.

logic has and had always bounce in place, bonce to new track, preserve or delete original midi or audio track etc etc This allows you to bounce audio or midi with or with out effect inserts not the channel which is great or over dubbing vocals and guitars dude

this video definitely needs to be watched. because many issues are enlightened. I really respect your labor. I recently started using this program. liked it very much. but I think they still have deficiencies and an update is required. thank you. Because you enlightened me. 🙏🏻🎶

do this plugin works without real ms2000 ??

Thank you for this video. The iConnectAudio2+ solves the issue of MIDI and Audio through USB/MIDI. In my case I am able to send the Audio from my Roland machines like the JDXI which is connected to my MacBook and then to the iPad or another Mac or PC. Note that the JDXI for example needs a special driver to send in audio through USB and only works on Macs or PCs.. Roxsyn - a wonderful guitar synth from Yonac also, has very low latency using this device and the Tonestack which previously was noticeable with my Tascam and Focusrite. I find most of the simulated amps have latency issues on the Max. The only solution was to use UAD Apollo interface and their plugins and the interface alone with the one guitar plugin cost 700 new after that it's 100 to 200 a guitar plugin. Yonac makes good stuff.and now with this interface, I can now play live.

A negative to me for the microbrute is the lfo doesn't have a sine wave so there's no gradual morphing. Adding an additional lfo that does have a sine wave I think would be great..? Android now has an app but you can only change the freq, not the amount. And the amount has no meaningful effect except for adding vibrato effect on pitch.

I am coming late after that post but do you know why when I am connected with my Yamaha keyboard I have the sound on my iPad or IPhone only with the helmet ?

I pad has many good apps for making music. I have android phone so I use g stomper app . That's Only which I like.

So I have been using beatmaker 3. Beatmaker 3 now allows midi clock sync in and out and also midi in and out. Inside beatmaker 3 I can select each pad and put it's own midi parameters on it. Pad one midi channel one and so one. Would I be able to beatmaker 3 on a single instrument track then sub out each pad from that instrument track into its own audio track?

Please redo the audio portion of your tutorial with a better mic and mic position situation. The current audio track is very low in volume and quite muddy sounding, with little or no sibilance and very inarticulate upper midrange, making you difficult to comprehend. No offence intended, just a desire to digest your presentation more easily.

What does Auria/Auria Pro offer in terms of effects? Reverbs, delay, distorion etc.? I would like to heavily process my drums but I'm completely new to iOS system, effects (no VST :/) and I don't know where to look/what to look for.

Hello, can i use the drumperfect as my sound module to my daily gig as a 1 man band?

I have a Roland F-20 digital piano with only (midi) USB in/out. I want to connect it to an Alesis QSR sound module with only 5pin Midi ports as stand alone (no PC) and using the piano as a controller for the module. Will the iConnectMIDI2+ do the job? Thanks

When the power adapter wasn't included I was not impressed. Also, not even a "getting started" paper or a link to download a driver. Yes, there are a bunch of things that have to be downloaded and I didn't even know which was which. I hate when you buy something and right away you feel disappointed and confused.

The computer is just used to set up the routing? Can this be used to clock-sync an iPad with a few hardware sequencers? (no computer involved.)

Can I hook up my korg sound modules up to this

Hi, nice clip, it's exactly what i wanna do. My only problem is: i have a linnstrument, and it sends tons of data and i'm afraid it will be slow using the midi cables. Is it possible to connect the ipad in the usb A port, the pc in one of the usb B and the linnstrument in the other usb B port? Moreover, can you use whatever lightning cable or you need the iconnectivity one? I can't understand the difference, beside being usb B instead of A like a normal one... Thank you!

I'm new to thumb jam. How did you set it up to have multiple simultaneous voices each with their own scale?

Just purchased the iConnectAUDIO2+ and power supply. I am not able to get an iMac and iPad to run simultaneously for round tripping (want to use iPad for BIAS FX and synth processing) back to garageband (am looking into STUDIO ONE). I can't even get the iConnfig software to recognize both devices (it either recognizes only the iMac or only the iPad, usually whichever device is mounted and iConfig launched first). I emailed a support ticket to iConnectivity but something tells me I'll get a runaround. Please point me in the direction I need (as I didn't seem to find the info in your article included in the video description) to troubleshoot this and get my iConnectAUDIO2+ working properly as you seem to have a knack for this setup. Thank you.
