Would.have been so much better if they had followed the storyline of the movie at least. This ride hs so much peril. There's zero plot. Makes no sense. Why make a princess ride scary when its just singing and dancing characters acting like you're not about to drop 50 feet.

Such a great show. Fred Gwynne, All Lewis, Yvonne De Carlo, Butch Patric, Pat Priest, Beverly Owen were great. I grew up on shows from that age. Thank you for the tour and thanks to the builder! The house looks fantastic but the kitchen, not the kitchen.

It's a pretty basic reskinning of the old ride and I was hoping for more. No reworking of space, just a new coat of paint. There is a surprising lack of New Orleans design cues in the ride. It looks fine but it feels like a junior varsity effort.

For one: Don't trash it without giving it a review of what's good. For example: the ride is excellently done. The animatronics are fluid, very well done, and if you ACTUALLY pay attention, the story is pretty good. And let's not act like splash mountain had a comprehensive story that made sense if you thought about it for more than two seconds. Why do you go to the laughing place? Did you go down there by yourself? The fact is that it was so odd... like it was just a storybook ride that happened to have you on it rather than a story you're apart of. The reason you go small is to find the ingredients, which is SO much better than joining Brer Rabbit I guess? Also: nostalgia isn't a blinder to pretend that song of the south wasn't racist, and the idea to celebrate the ride is... outdated as hell. Also, don't act like you guys wouldn't complain if they used the plot of the movie, because that's the only way you're getting "are you ready" because like... it wouldn't make any real sense. I feel like making a new story is SO much better than just using the old one. I'm sorry, but acting like this ride is bad is just... nostalgia blinded. Also, be careful with your wording: A lot of you are seeming racist as HELL. In summary: shut up, you're 33, go to your job and stop caring so much about fucking Disney.

A horrible ride, through and through! Not one aspect of this remake is better than the original. But hey, I guess all it takes to give a good review is some free ice cream. Let's be real, though, this ride is garbage!

And here it is. The most “woke” ride in the history of the Walt Disney Company. They took out a spirited classic Splash Mountain with memorable songs and characters because screaming mob called “Song of the South” racist! And replaced it with a mediocre ride from a mediocre movie nobody remembers. Meanwhile right across the street is a Hall of Presidents loaded with racist men who kidnapped, tortured, even killed innocent black humans. And that is A-ok! Oh the hypocrisy of it all!

Thank you but Why are you playing your stupid music throughout? Why can’t we hear the music from the ride.

Sad. Splash Mountain was so much better
