I do that all the time. From spot to spot I throw out a chatterbait or a square bill crankbait. I think just about half of the fish I've ever caught have been trolling.

I was out there a year ago. there was a homeless fella that made his bed and home under those docks at the boat ramp. When I pulled up at 4am he scared the shit out of me. He was there asleep on a air matress that was floating under the dock . he had his feet in the water.

BTW thanks for the video. I am in the middle of motorizing 2 Titan 12 propel kayaks. I used your info and video as a basis for everything I am building. BTW don't bother answering my previous question about the vents. I found your info in the previous comments from other posts.

I found the cord you used to be to stretchy. I switched to using weed trimmer line and it has absolutely no stretch. I will find out how durable it is as I use the motor. I am using round trimmer string .095 diameter.

Hey John your parts list is incomplete. Where did you get the intake and and exhaust vents for the fans and what are the part numbers. What crimp connectors did you use to hook up the wiring to the pwm.

I fish an inflatable kayak on some of the most remote rivers in central/south Florida...no issues w gators whatsoever. They just go the other way.

If it doesn’t get turned into an all out FFS vs AntiFFS war (not holding my breath) across the organizations, I think there is room for tournament series that do and don’t permit it. It will give participants and viewers a choice. It does not have to be a one sided peeing match.

Great looking rig. Sorry but I can't help myself, I used to be an engineer...it's modulator. Now that I got that off of my chest, lol, it's really impressive to see how kayaking has gone from DIY to overpriced, and back to DIY. I'll take an Outlaw, or a Pelican with a homemade Minn Kota anyday, over a 3k yak with another 2.5k for a crap Torquedo with a 1/4" shaft. Patent that steering box, brother!
