With progress those who do not speak English have limited language and the employers give most rules when arriving in the country. Culturally we going through the same but there's younger and progressive people that don like there age so they want to be called by therr first name. A whole 40 years difference between us. U have my full support, there are so many things that are going in our hospital, I'm was a science student and a first aider ,i have seen so many scenes that the Gambia nurses are doing, such things are disrespectful, unkind generally they are lacking all the good qualities of a nurse, finally i have graduation and tomorrow inchallah am going for an RN interview ,so i wish to rectify all the mistakes they are doing and became an outstanding nursing 😊
