I'm assuming you puzzled out the food bug eventually. Basically, it will pull from inventory and hold to let you cook. Anything you use from your inventory is gone; as expected. Anything you use from your hold isn't really used.. and you can cook forever on that. I assume it's fixed by now.

Man so angry he punches bear to death.

The poisoner build for the ranger is really strong vs heavy armored guys. You can end up stacking really high levels of poison damage that goes through armor. You take Valorous victory at the start, then get one of those ringleader's daggers + poison vial + poison weapons + explosive gas. And you can AoE stack +12 instances of poison per on the first turn. Result? 3 to 4 high armored enemies dead in a couple turns at most.

First of your videos Iv seen and I love the vibe! 140 eps is a bit daunting but I have a good feeling for you :D
