When I saw that the MF DOOM mask was added to the game, I immediately bought it from the community market, rather than spending it on the cases, because im saving up for those cases and later open them up and hope for an unsual of the MF DOOM mask etc.

Lots of people complaining about this cosmetic being added to the game giving excuses about the time period, pop-culture, the artstyle, not being medieval enough, etc. AH! but the Half-Life Medic cosmetics, another pop-culture reference of the late 90's which in the fiction of the game Is set loosely at the beginning of the new millennium with a hair and facial style totally not of the 60's In a class that's not fitting, at least with the vision of the community, no massive complains there. You can just admit you hate MF DOOM without making a detailed 2 hours essay.

I know a lot of well known tf2 youtubers complained and whined about this cosmetic, but I don't see anything bad about it, it really does sort of fit the art style. If you take away the elements that it is basically referencing MF DOOM, it can just be seen as a gladiator helmet which still fits the area of the game.

As an artist, I'm jealous that he has such a great friend group that is willing to egg him on his passion and allow him to create something most people dream of and be even MORE supportive as they go. In most cases you just have those who will do nothing new or try at something and just complain about the state of things or worse put down others who DO want to excel at something. I find it cool that Pidialski found his niche and that feeling of "I like creating things for the things I enjoy." that most artists get, rather than just sitting around to "experiencing it." I can't wait to see what he has in planned in the future.

I do not beleive that MF Doom belongs in the game. But let me tell you why. 1: The cosmetic is based off the movie in which was released in 1999. This is 30 Years after the theme of tf2, and does not make sense to have due to this. 2: The bland silver coloration seems like it was simply slapped into the game. And finally 3: The cosmetic does not fit the style of TF2 Demoman, who uses Medival Hats and Clothes whenever its a amored hat. MF Doom does not fit the theme or style of TF2 Demoman. And this is why MF Doom does not belong in TF2.

Me and my friends have an inside joke where we worship the gnome dome. If someone gave me an unusual gnome dome any effect i would be the goat of the friend group.

yeah MF DOOM was definitely the reason this was made as we're all fans, 0:50 is how Warcourses original concept looked as he wanted to make the reference without it being 1 : 1, but then I thought it was best to lean into the demoknight theme to make it fit the game, therefore based it on the original gladiator helmet

It doesn't fit tf2 and doesn't look good, i wish it wasn't in the game

It is such a coincidence that the MF DOOM reference is only for DEMO In tc2 before this, there was a special hat you could get in one if the crates that was the same helmet and too was specific for the DEMOlitionist class, annihilator. THE CHANCES
