What a wonderful clip. As i watched, i felt a sense of happiness. There was a "freshness" though the entire video-fresh eyes, an innocence lost yet it was there, though your eyes. I was able to relive that wonder my beautiful friend Joni must have felt, some 40 years ago. Our memories are triggered by how we felt at that moment. Great video, thank you for doing this video and sharing your trip to GTNP! I was there in Sept, got to see of the fall colors, but was about 4-5 days too early. You were fortunate to catch the otters, great video and photography of them. I saw them near the Jackson dam (on the outflow side), they are great to watch and photograph as they chase down fish. Thanks again for the great video.

It’s closer to fly into Idaho falls and staying on the west side of the pass - cheaper. Also cars are cheaper

Great video diary of your trip. I was just there a few weeks ago and was lucky to get some great Hoback shots. You saw some awesome moose. Your river otter footage was awesome, nice work. Don't advertise the shoulder season too much, this last year there were more photographers there than any other time in the past 15 years i've been going! Nice work!

FYI: The way to take dip to cool off in a fast flowing river, is to tie a long rope around your waist, secure to an immovable object, and carefully make your way into the river. I know know this is not exactly "swimming", but being hot is no picnic either...
