You don t need tty cable. Simple rs232 cable is ok.

pwm diagnostics is used for the distance, then it is set correctly
@@cncservice1532 Thank you for your answer. There is an error "sp1 zero marked failed" on my machine. Is the encoder broken or is there a problem with its distance? I called service, but it may take a long time to arrive. I get this error when the spindle rotates a little.
@@ahmetgul2376 you have no reference signal, it could be a problem in the cable or in the sensor itself, distance is unlikely to be a problem, it is hard to say what exactly is the problem, diagnostics pwm21 are expensive, but the only and fastest way to see the problem, the problem can also be seen with an oscilloscope

I am having issues with shopmill not starting after battery replacement it’s calling error 2001 any ideas how to resolve this?

Just swapped batteries tonight and now have a 2001 plc working and shop mill not loading. Will this help the fault?

Hello, i did same this but when ı reload the backup and start the hidrolic system ı see a fault. Fault is : 27090 and 27091 Error in data cross check NCK PlC . Can you help me please
Do you have 100% ok backup? Ar you sure 100%? Try with another backup if you have or ask manf for working backup.
At the start of this procedure, everything goes according to plan. But after the first reboot, the process stopped with the error: 700220 "NC data read/write fault" Has anyone encountered this?
I am getting an error \_NC_ACT\CFG_RESET.INI: COMMUNICATION ERROR (#200#) NC Reset is not possible Can you help me why am i getting this error? I replaced the PCU with a spare after this I am getting the error. I have checked the profibus connection and it is okay.

Did you have two green led after reset with dip switch? Did you try first upload nc or plc backup? Did you have 100% ok backup?
