Why I LOVE my FRANCHI AFFINITY(Review,Disassemble,Reassemble!)
This is the ultimate waterfowler's duck gun. In this video I go over why I use the Franchi Affinity and also how to strip it down then put it back together. If you are on the fence on your next duck gun, this is the way to go. I have found that the Affinity is nothing shy of a super black eagle, only difference is you are not paying for the BIG B. This is my first video so please, leave me a comment with what you thought of the content. Like, comment, and subscribe for more to come videos. THANKS

Good job!
Good video straight to the point
Thanks for posting. Just picked one up.
I come to watch how the stock was done but you didn't show that
Very useful video, thanks man !
Excellent job.
Wayyyy more complicated then any Benelli autoloader I have (M1S90, SBE, Cordoba, Montefeltro) . . .
Everything is going to be okay
Thinking of getting one. Good video, great job.
Great job!
Curious on your opinion on it a few years later I have the exact same gun and have missed out on many birds because I pull up on em and just get a click half the time it doesn’t even hit the primer and the other half the time it’s a light strike….its getting to the point I’m about to trade it in and go back to the ol 870
Man mines hard as shit to load the tube. Gonna have to change something
Great Instructional vid.
I bought an Affinity 3 with a 30” barrel primarily for sporting clays. I’m coming up on ~500 rounds so I figured it’s time for a clean and lube. After watching your video I will now give this a go. Thanks for the cracking good video mate.
Great video! I think I am going to buy the Black 28 inch. Video has helped make up my mind. Thnx, Frank
Great video man I have one on order arrives in a day or two. Just the type of instruction I was looking for. Well done.
Can you manually speed unload the mag? Can you easily adjust the LOP?
Just bought a Franchi Infinity 3 compact 20 ga hopeing it might be a good grandkid gun. I, as an adult, can barely force shells into the magazine much less manually unload by depressing the shell stop. Anyone else have this issue?
Great job! Damn...You made that look easy! Great commentary which made it easy to follow the steps. I have an Affinity 3...love it! Thanks!
great work
Good video
Just picked one up, UK we are limited to 3 shot on a shotgun cert. Really clear take down instruction, thanks for that.
Thank you! Cool you found my video in the UK. So y’all can only own three shotguns or can only shoot #3 shot size?
@@undercoveroverwater8413 He probably means 3 shots in the magazine tube.
@@TheSiiliperse we can own a seven shot or whatever but it has to be on a firearms certificate not a shotgun certificate. So yes will only hold two in the mag and one in the breech.
Great info thanks!
Thanks for this video it was well presented. Stay stay safe and stay well. Ash from Scotland 🏴
Thanks ashy! I would love to visit Scotland one day. I’ve got some ancestors from over there. Are Scottish citizens allowed to have firearms such as this?
Just blued my Franchi 48/AL last night. ❤️it!

First video on UA-cam and it's gor 44k views. Nicely done
Good video, helped me clean my new Franchi after it got dunked. :)
Man you just saved my Christmas helping me assemble this correctly for my 13 yr old. Thanks!
What an awesome Christmas present! Glad you got it figured out, they are going to love it!
Let’s face it, 2 inches extra on a barrel makes sod all difference
I don’t understand what you are trying to say
That's what she said
I have a franchi predator somehow its the same gun im going for the affinity next year. All inertia guns have problems if you use too much oil it freezes in cold weather they just need a film of this i lube it wipe it and works perfect no problems so far after eight years of use
Great video. Love the affinity 3. This video really helped me strip& clean my firearm. Thankyou for sharing. Regards from Great Britain. 👌
Glad it helped, very cool to have a viewer from GB!
I have the exact same one and I started using a better gun oil because I noticed the rem oil was gunking up and was making it rust out in the water… after I switch it has been unstoppable and no rust! Awesome vid cheers!
What oil?
Your explanation of tear down & reassembly is excellent
Hey John I really appreciate that. 👍
My Franchi Affinity 3 Compact is my first shotgun. Your video is so well-made and easy to understand, I now feel much more confident that I'll be able to take care of it properly. Thank you so much!
You’re very welcome and Thank you so much! I really like the compact version. I’m glad you feel confident in breaking your gun down.
Dude, thank you!! You made this a much easier process for cleaning.
Very welcome bro
Terrific video. Thank you.

Great video! Very helpful
Thanks so much just Just bought an affinity 3.5 you show me more in the manual thank you
Great video! I got my left-handed Affinity 3 today and the instructions for assembly are incorrect. Your video helped me get it together! Looking forward to breaking it in with some skeet this weekend.

Nice job young man.
Great video, thanks for the info !
Great Video! Thank You!
Great job i just bought my franchi affinity 3 sport and your vidio on disassembly was great , my gun came unassembled so I cleaned it and then assembled it .... but I could not get it together 😕 tryed over and over ...I could not get the barrol and for arm on finaly I realized I had the bolt set back 😬 after that it went together like a dream. Only slightly marred the walnut in side of the forearm not noticeable. Mine is the 30" so 521/2 " long kind of ruff on it im my low ceiling bacement. Any way great job make some more. CD
well done
Good informative video. Does the trigger group contain the shell handlers, or are they retained in the receiver?
Thanks! I’m not exactly sure what you mean, can you be more specific?
@@undercoveroverwater8413 I looked at an exploded drawing to try to figure that out. I think the shell handler is built into the button on the side of the receiver that you can block feeding. It looks like a fantastic shotgun, and very easy to break down.
@@bobdegutis302 just bought a used one. It's amazing
hello. i am looking at buying this gun in a left handed model. i hunter deer as long as ducks. any idea if i can switch barrels from a riffled barrel to a bird barrel. i know i will have to buy the barrel separate but does this gun have that feature of changing barrels?
Unfortunately I don’t think you can get a riffled-barrel on this model, I could be wrong I’m just not certain as I’ve never thought about doing it before. . What you could do is put a rifled choke tube in it though.
I was trying to figure out the instructions which were confusing. I found your video and was able to quickly get the job done. Thanks for the tutorial
No problem I’m glad I could help you out. If I remember correctly all the instructions were in Spanish/Italian language out of the box!
Excellent. If this is your first UA-cam how to video you're going to be a star!
Awesome review!!! Looking at either buying an Affinity or an Affinity Elite. Just wondering how the cerakote holds up. That’s going to be my deciding factor whether the cerakote is great of if the camo dip will suffice. Thanks.
Man I would love to have an elite. I don’t think they were on the market when I bought my affinity otherwise that’s what I would have got. They look incredible.
@@undercoveroverwater8413 how is your camo holding up? Many wear marks etc?
@@robinsquires5621 it’s holding up relatively well. The only wear marks it shows is on the stock under the trigger assembly from where I lay it across the top of my metal pit blind. I keep it in a bag to and from hunting and on the 4wheeler/boat but honestly one of the main reasons I went to a synthetic stock is so I wouldn’t feel as bad if I got scratches on it. I used to hunt with a Woodstock browning gold and I couldn’t even enjoy hunting with it because I was worried about scratching it up. The affinity is durable, yet I’m not going to feel sick to my stomach if it falls over and gets a scratch.
Excellent
