23:05 I’m afraid after that very bad experience Cole would try to change who he is. There was no problem with the joke about the food they were eating, actually many people say something like that, and it’s still funny or cute because there is nothing low about it.

I felt so bad for Cole… Nobody deserves what happened to him at the altar. (I haven’t watched the ‘After the Altar’ or the ‘Reunion’ yet. I came here to see how he was doing after the 3rd season, because I always felt that Cole is a goofy nice guy.)

She's definitely a narcissist. Watching their relationship unfold and the way she treated him reminded me so much about how my Mum would treat people. They always act like they're the victim and always fool their friends into believing the lie.

Zanab wanted everyone to feel her pain...from her parents dying while she was young to Cole's (not so thoughtful, immature remarks) for which he apologized and painstakingly tried to amend to no avail. In her mind, no one as suffered as much as her. She cannot move past sad or negative moments which is sad for both her and Cole. However, Cole seems to have healed and grown which I am happy to see. I wish him the best. Because although is not perfect as he is human, he didn't deserve the brutal, public humiliation he got from Zanab.

Cole caused a narcissistic injury to Zayab for which he will never be forgiven no matter what he does.

For Cole...."Rejection is God's protection!!" So glad to see he is flourishing and growing instead holding grudges like Zayab. This was such a great interview! The interviewer asked all the right questions! Cole has learned a lot from this experience for sure!

Cole is immature and needs to grow, but he was 25 on the show so that’s relatively normal. Zanab was 31 on the show and while I empathize with her trauma and issues, she behaved terribly. Cole certainly did annoying things, but he was earnest whereas her utter lack of respect and total contempt for him was unacceptable. If she hadn’t had so many issues a couple of days into meeting she would’ve done the right thing and just told him it wasn’t a match because they’re at different life stages. Instead she built escalating dominance and superiority and she tore him apart to feed her own ego. While I think they weren’t a match, he didn’t deserve that. And at the reunion it was pretty clear she was gaslighting him re: the imaginary girl at his bachelor party. Hopefully Cole can grow from here, I have a lot more hope for him than her but they both deserve better. I wouldn’t be surprised if she has BPD or NPD, and I hope she resolves the deep-seated issues that led to all the negativity and contempt.

He is better off without her.

I have just fimished watching Season 3 and I can say I never liked Zanab.

I know im pretty late to watching the show. I only watched it last night. I went to bed angry and woke up with the same anger. Cole you didn't deserve what Zay did or how your cast mates treated you. I hope you are doing well were ever you are. Sending you all the love ❤

She's so passive, condescending, and fake!! She knows what she dud to Cole, and took advantage of his heart, and apology. Cole is too good for her!!!!!! Her and her minions are a joke, and bring shame to women who do care and have insecurities.

Cole is a fantastic young man and he dodged a bullet! I hope wherever he is, he is happy and that he ends up with the sweet, sensible, care-free, down-to-earth woman that he deserves! And Zenad, I don’t believe she is bipolar, I think it’s worse. I believe she is a narcissistic sociopath. Yes, she has trauma..but she always wants to be the passive aggressive victim. She is manipulative and twists EVERYTHING. She is mentally ill, and not the kind that medication can help. With her, changing has to be an intentional choice..and she doesn’t want to change! Yes, she is insecure, but it is a result of HER actions and living in her own fantasy world where people are out to get her. But she gets some joy out of being the “victim” and telling them off. It literally feeds her dopamine.

As a brown girl i really wanted to be team zanab but good God, is it hard to side with her on this. I think she needs therapy. I say this as someone who struggles with projecting and resding into things because of my own insecurities. I rewatched the show and maybe its the edit, but i dont think cole was intentionally trying to hurt her, i think he said dumb things (and granted thats not ok either) but if 80% of a person is showing how much they care about you but 20% is just them being immature, then trust that they care. I get its easier said than done though. I will say its incredibly frustrating to see people come at her looks. Some of you people need to get a life, hatred is an ugly color on you
