I threw out my MOTODYNAMIC LIGHT on my MT07
Переглядів 2662 роки тому
In this video I talk about why I threw out my MOTODYNAMIC Tail light and replaced it with the TST INDUSTRIES light. I go over some details regarding both while riding out to a local spot to rip around. I totally forgot I had this footage from probably May of 2022 so here it is. 2-3 weeks after I filmed this, I broke the TST light 🤣 I can't catch a break. I seriously need to buy the sub cage for...
Ontarios MOST overrated area to ride
Переглядів 1872 роки тому
Come along for the ride as I explore a bit around Caledon and Hockley valley. A nice blend of curvy back country roads, quaint towns with tons of history, interesting geologic features, and loads of opportunities to get out into nature to hike to escape the hustle and bustle. If you're looking for a quick afternoon motorcycle adventure close to the City of Toronto, this area is perfect. Thanks ...

Переглядів 5402 роки тому
In this video I detail how to remove the stock "pumpkin" OEM style of lights and install the TST INDUSTRIES MECH-GTR low profile signal lights. I show how to remove your plastics, remove the stock light, install the aftermarket lights, and install the new relay. This modification is very simple to do with basic hand tools and can be done in under an hour. Doing so provides a much cleaner look t...
How to remove 2019 MT07 Tail light
Переглядів 1,2 тис.2 роки тому
In this quick tutorial I remove the MOTODYNAMIC integrated tail light to replace it with the TST. Removing the stock tail light is done in a similar fashion. This is a very easy job to do, and requires basic hand tools and a bit of time. Having an integrated turn signal tail light allows you to clean up the rear of the bike. I will be uploading a video in the future regarding why I switched. I ...

HALLOWEEN STUNT RIDE
Переглядів 2333 роки тому
Some of Torontos best stunters came together to dress up and take over the streets for the 2nd annual stunt ride hosted by savage stunt squad. It was a sick day and an epic way to return back to UA-cam! Unfortunately didn't have enough GoPro battery to capture the entire ride but nonetheless still got some sick footage. Slow Speed Motorcycle Control
Переглядів 3423 роки тому
If you ride motorcycles, you know anyone can twist the throttle and go fast, in my opinion, slow speed control is where your real skills shine. I wanted to see how low I could go and how tight I could keep my circles. I also practice some complete stop with no feet down balance drills. These are super tough drills that force you to have complete brake, clutch, and throttle control while maintai...
First ride on the LIVEWIRE | HARLEY-DAVIDSONS all electric bike
Переглядів 3413 роки тому
I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to ride this new bike from Harley, but after the PAN-AMERICA ride and the STREET BOB I was able to secure a demo on it. While most people are quick to point out the obvious flaws, (range, and charging), this bike is 100% perfect for a city commuter whose looking to be able to keep up with any other bikes or traffic on the road. Its incredible instant torq...
First time EVER on a HARLEY CRUISER | 2021 HARLEY DAVIDSON STREET BOB | FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Переглядів 26 тис.3 роки тому
After riding the all new PAN AMERICA, I secured myself a demo on the Harley Davidsons STREET BOB. With it being my first ever time on a cruiser I had no idea what to expect, and this bike totally blew me away! Torquey, bare bones, and probably lighter than some of Harleys other bikes, this thing may very well be in my garage sometime in the future. A bike for every occasion right?! It's heavier...
HARLEY DAVIDSONS PAN AMERICA | First ride and impressions
Переглядів 4163 роки тому
I got my hands on Harley-Davidsons all new PAN-AMERICA, a first ever leap into adventure style of bikes for Harley. A quick demo ride around the neighbourhood left me wanting a longer demo to put this bike through some paces of what its designed for. Long highways, gravel and dirt roads, or on no roads what's so ever, I personally think this bike could handle it all. Being that this was my firs...

MT07 FLIP PLATE | NO TAIL TIDY REQUIRED
I live around places that were woods and fields 50 years ago. Now, people are pissed that animals still have the audacity to trespass near their backyards. Sad but true!
Is this the dark smoke or clear varient?
How much did you end up paying in Canadian dollars? I'm also in Ontario and have been eyeing one of these too for my '17 FZ, but I'm scared about the currency conversion plus shipping and import taxes...
Wheelie with abs on ?
I USED to ride an 2006 Harley Davidson Night Rod. I loved the bike (not so much the riding position), however it made most of its power in the higher RPMs, and I'm used to shifting between 2k-3k RPM so I never got the real power out of it. Long story short, the Night Rod got sold and I went about 8 years without riding a bike, until I got the urge again to ride. I retook the riding course on like a 250cc Honda something. Got my license and decided to go test ride some bikes with my dad (who also rides). I had my eye on the Low Rider ST (with the 117cu" engine). Then I realized I had only ever ridden 2 different bikes in my life, that 250cc Honda and the Night Rod over 8 years previously. So I decided to try out some other bikes, mainly the 107cu" Soft-tail Standard, the 114cu" Street Bob and the 117cu" Low Rider ST. I started on the 107, thinking it would probably be tame and was in the ball park of what I was used to....NOOOPE lol. Almost fell off the bike when I let out on the clutch lol. I adapted quickly and loved the bike, and only enjoyed the bigger bikes even more. I was cackling like a mad man on the Low Rider ST.
They are looking good, be honest I'm just wondering on like 95% of those you didn't even have to come close to tapping rear brake right? just throttle and engine brake brings you down, or youd run out of gear? Idk if its the video or just me i feel like yours look alot higher than mine are but i feel so close to balance point. not there yet unfortunately.
Is it compatible with a 2016 MT model??
I bought a ermax windshield for my bike it's got a more sport look and its 1 inch taller than this brand. I love the way the ermax shield looks on the bike and it works pretty wellm
Are you doing all that in 1st gear?
2nd gear
bro two questions - how much is insurance cost on these things? and would a ninja 400 be the same as bigger bike mt07?
What's the name of the gravel road you took going from Hockley to Mono? Thanks.
Hello my name is Derek lepretre mason, I'm from Edmonton ab, as a cree and a metis with lost treaty rights. I wanna thank you for your video. Be proud of your words, I consider you a brother. Thank u
I just bought one, and I’m 6’1”. Very happy so far. Actually don’t mind the factory seat. Got a small DART fly screen coming and eventually get the Screamin’ Eagle pipes. Cruise control was a necessity
I want the 24 Blue Burst one.
The exhaust on that bike sounds beastly!!! 👌
I would have to pay more with no returns to get this in japan. Would you say this is enough comfort for all day 1 week touring? Or better to get a touring bike?
Thanks that was really useful, how tall are you? And sorry for the wine loss…
My wife and i both have mt07s and after just getting back from a 3500km round trip i can safely say we both loved every minute of it. We chose as many windimg twisting roads as we could being that thats pretty much what theyre designed for but even the motorway kms we did werent a problem. No wind protection didnt worry either of us at all. I actually live the wind. Different strokes for different folks i guess
I bought this bike as my last bike a year ago and have 13,000 miles on it. I wanted a naked bobber as my last bike and I really wasn't expecting it to be an 1800cc. Wow..... am I surprised that this bike isn't more popular. I've always been a naked bike fan as I really don't consider the rest of the "stuff" to be part of a motorcycle. I always thought that if I was to build a motorcycle it would be very similar to this design. I'm really drawn to the design of this bike. Although new, it just seems so old school. Coming off sport bikes as I'm not older than dirt this thing seems like a bit of a tankasaurus, but there's no doubt that it's very solid and has plenty of juice. I was looking at a stage IV or crate upgrade, but there's really no point other than bragging rights. Maybe if it was in a trike or some behemoth like that as they likely steal some juice out of the 114, but this engine is certainly enough for this frame style.
lol, nice vid, I have xsr700 and I live in Hamilton! Just did PA for about 1000 km
The Bobber is my favorite softail
42 Y/O, just got my first bike XT 250. I even get scared on that a little
3:52 dang man😂 I also have a ranger, wrangler, and MT07 !!!!!!!
Yooo are you doing clutch ups or power wheelies??
How do you think a Street Bob would work out as a first bike for a new rider? I'm looking for a bike I can ride for a couple of years at least after I do the MSF Basic Rider course. I've been looking at the Street Bob, Triumph T100, T120, and a couple of other bikes. I'm in he US and I may have to go with the Triumph if the insurance is too high for the Street Bob starting out. I really like the Street Bob but I'm kind of concerned it might not be a good one to start out on.
How is visibility on a bright sunny day? Everyone's blinkers look bright inside a garage...
How sturdy and safe is the backrest ?
I k ow it's been a few years... but how do you like that seat? Want one for my passenger
Still got it. Although I don’t ride as much as I used to so my butt isn’t toughened up, it’s still definitely more comfortable then stock. My wife 100% prefers it over stock. Although if your doing a lot of 2up touring I’d suggest a different bike for sure
A person can “tour” on anything. Ideal no. But people have gone around the world on everything imaginable.
That’s for sure! I have done a lot less touring then some folks on a super basic setup. Unfortunately I can’t get out as much as I would like too 😢
Hi Jaay I just bought a 2019 mt07, absolutely love it but would like to install windscreen. The link for windscreen somehow doesnt work. Can u please send a link or a product nr. Will be a great help. I orderd but it turned out to be a wrrong one. Please help.
Where you located? I think the link I have is for Canada but it was posted awhile ago it could be changed. Google, puig naked new generation windsheild 2019 MT07
@JaayRides I am located in Denmark. Btw I found an older version of the Puig windscreen. Can really feel the difference right away.
TST INDUSTRIES sells the tail tidy that comes with EVERYTHING to make the installation WATERPROOF LMFAO 😅😆. Just saying. 👍😁
I know but I didn’t know at the time if the plate was flippable so I set it up a different way. Still good to this day 💪🏻 👍🏻
If you're trying to fix fiberglass, the best way to fix it is with... Fiberglass 😁. Either clean up the old bracket or get a new one . If you have a sander or grinder clean up the area in any around where the bracket mounts to the base. If it were me id get a the biggest piece of metal, NOT aluminum, and fiberglass it into the base. That way it spreads the load all over the whole seat base instead of just the area its mounted at. Once thats done , you can put layers of Fiberglass Mat all around the bracket. Definitely let it dry a good 48 hours. With the thin piece of metal, along with the glass mat, that bitch aint going anywhere!! Good Luck 👍
Appreciate the tips!! In the future I might have to do this but I ended up having to redrill new bolts which have worked good since I posted this vid. Don’t jinx it though 🤐
Sir, I have a 2021 Storm Fluo. Ive been trying to find either the paint code for the rims or the paint name. Any chance you might know it? I see the red trimming on the corbin seat, im guessing its just plain Red? Hope im making sense. Anyway consider me a subscriber. Greetings from the USA.. Ride Safe my friend.
Sorry man I don’t know the paint code, on the Corbin it’s actually orange. I just winged it on ordering lol. I think thru revzilla you can find the paint code. Appreciate it, you ride safe as well!
Good review, I had the same reaction as you when I test rode the street Bob 😊 I'm in Brampton....you wanna talk insurance 😮
First piece of advice would be to move outta Brampton for better insurance prices 😂
@@JaayRides you may not believe, takes me two minutes drive to leave Brampton. But I'm still not leaving for insurance rates alone
dose it fit mt-07 2022
Best bet is to check corbins website, I don’t think much changed frame wise on the MT07 so Corbin probably has it
Love that back rest for the passenger. My wife definitely wouldn't want to ride pillion on that stock seat.
That's a beautiful bike !! I just came across your channel in my feed actually and I'm happy to support your efforts and those of other fellow content creators. Keep up the great work and ride safe out there.
Appreciate it man, been slacking on making content. This might give me the boost to get back into making vids. Ride safe
@@JaayRides youtube.com/@JaayRides👍
Got a 2022 Street Bob. All I changed were the handlebars, went to the Soft tail Slim ones. Much better! An did minor performance work. A tune, and a 2 brothers two into one exaust. Goes like a runaway freight train!
I loved your video, i have a streetbob 2021 done loads of mods, you lost me when you mentioned live wire lol, non sustainable and nothing to do with climate control when you dig deeper. Keep Vlogging man like your tone.
Appreciate the love man!! I had done a demo day and the live wire was wicked. Ain’t gonna pretend battery powered vehicles is the answer to pollution but the livewire was still fun as hell to ride and definitely surprised me. Thanks for watching 🙏
Hey Jay, between August of 2022 and March of 2023 I bought 5 bikes looking for the perfect bike, I ended up with a 1 year 10 month old MT-07 with 1100 miles on it in Icon Blue.
In English it's pronounced POOJ, the "I" is silent.
Lol the way you clipped your mic on your beard 😂
Does the passenger fit okay?
Where did you buy tour levers?
That " boyyyyy" doesn't sound right. Lol. Definitely post an update.
I keep hearing that Corbin asks your weight and height but they didn't ask me? Dunno why. Wonder how much of a difference it will make?
The seat would hold you better from sliding if you had chosen the carbon fiber option
It’s going side to side because you’re not high enough you’re not at balance point that’s why you need to slow down Need to start from a dead stop
i know this video is a couple of years old... but i also have a mt07 with the same corbin seat. Did you ever get a tail bag or anything you'd recommend for this bike with that seat? Or any soft saddle bags?
Dry time is key!
