Hi Kim. Please subscribe to my channel. The plane is suspended by cables attached to large floats on top of the water. It gives the plane the appearance of flying in the water and is quite amazing to look at from below it.

There was no excursion there. The ship stopped there for a few hours and we were able to explore on our own. It's a very small town.

Hi Darragh. Thanks for watching and please subscribe to my channel. I live in Scranton but have dived Lake Mauch Chunk numerous times. I shore dive near the boat launch. There are benches to the right of it in a quiet area to set up and go in the water. It's shallow, average depth is 15 feet and max depth is 25. Lots of fish.

Hi Karen. Thanks for watching and please subscribe to my channel. I did all of the tours that you see in my video. The Black Forrest tour was a bit disappointing. It's a very long bus ride and although the area is scenic and beautiful, it was commercialized and not what I imagined. The Black Forrest cake was also lousy and hardly sweet. We watched a demo of cake making but had to pay $7 for a slice. No freebies. Yes there are hair dryers aboard. Enjoy your trip.

I ate dinner on the ship every night but had lunches on the excursions. The Strasbourg from the Top excursions was a lot of walking and the stair climb to the overlook was very challenging even for someone in shape and fit.

Scuba is always a fun adventure JB! At Beltzville, the visibility wasn't great and there was a lot of trash and fishing line on the bottom which made me nervous of entanglement.

Was the chocolate museum part of the package or did you do on your own?

@@valerieroberts8241 It was not part of the excursion. It was within just a minute or two of walking from where the boat tied up. There was a cover charge, but considering we are talking chocolate here...it was not too high.

It had a metal skeleton but the parts were plastic. It looked very spooky underwater until we got closer to see what it was.
