Welcome to our Homemade Art Classes.
It is mostly made for non artists who want to make some art that you will be happy about.
From the basic concepts to achieving confidence to make your own art.
Be it as something you will do just for relaxation, or because you want to learn some new skills,
Whatever is your reason, I want you to do things that aren’t generic, rather we will make things that you would buy and certainly something you will be proud of.

Painting exercise - VIII
Hi everybody!
To become more skilled and comfortable with painting, practice is essential.
This is the eight in a series of eighth compositions where we experiment with different outcomes using the same source image, materials, and techniques. We’re beginning with watercolor because it’s an excellent medium for this type of practice.
While it may not be the easiest to master, watercolor is easy to clean up, dries quickly, and creates a beautiful texture, especially when layering.
Each composition takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Watercolor paper
- Watercolors
- Brushes
- A palette or something to mix the paint
- Water
- Cloth
- Cotton ball
- Cotton buds
After watching this video, feel free to explore the rest of the series for more exercises.

Simple, yet complex. So interesting the way the change in shapes and placement changes the tone, and potentially meaning, of the picture.

That is so clever to iron the sheets, it also acts to sanitize them as well as make for nice presentation. I agree with you about the frequency of changing bed linens and now that it's been brought to my attention I will implement it. I sleep with a cat and I know we will both notice an improvement!

Did you carry all your stuff when you move from one country to another?
Yes. And we can never predict the size of the next place. We have our minimum requirements, tho. This place is 1/3 smaller and it doesn’t count with a storage room. So all we have had to fit. Next step is starting to get rid of the excess (we always have more than needed)😅

@@FKA68 not at all😂 we all have different tastes and likes. Nothing wrong with having a different taste to mine or anyone else. It’s YOUR place and it should be comfortable and safe for yourself. I think what bugs me a bit is lack of cohesion rather than the style or the number of things showing

That makes total sense to me. I imagine having that internal sense of home and comfort, allows you to have lived in so many places and still feel comfortable in new apartments. However, when you didn’t have a permanent place in Rome for so long, it must have been very challenging and unsettling for you. Home is also where you and Tom are together too. ❤
