Thanks for the video! I have a 2023 Ford F-150 Rocky Ridge on 22in rims with a 6in lift. I plan on adding a Ford Performance Whipple. I love the look of the ladder bars but I want what’s best for my truck. So with that being said, should I go ladder bars or traction bars?

Using a grinder with a cutoff wheel works a lot better for getting rid of those crash bars. A bit of a spark show, but with a face shield you are good to go 👍

Lots of numbers to compare, like the aluminum F150 frees-up 700 pounds of payload, the light weight 9,800 pound Grand Design 150 Series trailer weighs a lot less than a big fifth wheel, and finally the turbocharged engine behind a 10 speed makes everything work. We're 900 lbs. under GVWR.

Im planning on lifting my 2018 F-150 5.0 6 inches with 35's. The gear ratio is 3.73. Its my daily driver and I also plan on getting a tune with pipes and cold air intake. Do you think I should look into getting it regeared?

Something you smooth brains didn’t even mention is that leaf springs lengthen and shrink when cycled. This means if your axle can’t move forward or backwards, like with these bs “traction bars”, the suspension will bind.

At what size of lift do u jave to use that ugly frame crossbar? I see a lot of f150s with it but pther trucks i see dont have that like the tundra and i dont want to see all that. Also any idea how much it is to install a front diff put of like a raptor or tremor i think its called a torsion front diff or where i can find one? What imt trying to do is really just a leveling kit to fit 34s but dont just want to run a spacer or 5100s because i want a good ride on road and something that will perform good off road ,not a raptor suspension but something more that the 5100s, anyone have any ideas what to go with?

I have a Ford F350 that's lifted with overload springs and I would like to add airbags to pull a 32' equipment trailer. I took it to my local 4x4 shop and they said they didn't have Airlift bags big enough for the u-bolts to properly fit my truck. Can you recommend a brand that'll fit super lifted trucks? I appreciate your help!

As a new 6” lift guy it’s required to have traction bars , I’ve always had 4” and it wasn’t as big an issue, but over 4” is absolutely an issue with drivability .

I am in the process of a 1978 C20 2wd long wheelbase build, that is receiving a 400 LS stage 2 low lift truck cam, FItech injection, behind a sm465 4 speed manual, in place of the original 1978 350, with. With the HP and torque increase along with planning on a set of wide 20s on 35s with the HD spring coil and block lift, but still wanting to utilize the truck for work and play. The rear is a cooperate 14 bolt HD rear end with 4.10 gear ratio, and as a long wheel base on a truck quickly approaching 50 years old, what traction bars would you recommend to keep the rear end centered and planted

any reason traction bars weren't installed? I'm looking to get a nice lift on my 2020 F150 and want the most comfort and durability, I heard of them and been watching videos on traction bars. what's your say on this? and what's the best 3-3.5 lift I can installed combine with a traction bar set as well

Are bags recommended if you have a cap and bike rack? The RSI is 300 lbs, bike rack is 115lbs, plus bikes and whatever we store in the bed.

No, but they are nice if you haul stuff instead of treat your truck like a car. No engine brakes for dummies though. Wet pavement 70 mph, empty pickup. Nows the time to test the engine brake😂 you spin me right round baby right round😅
