Holy cow it’s cold there. We are having low temps here in TN, too. I LOVE cottage cheese and I know I will love this. Whenever my Crohn’s is in a flare, cottage cheese is one of the things that I’m able to eat and I start craving it. This looks fantastic!

You should add melted butter 2 tbsp and 2tbsp milk instead of water. So it is moist. The way you make only cake mix and water too dry.

It's cold here in WI, too. The other day we had 1 degree with a -30 windchill! Today is 15 degrees with a windchill (feels like) 1 degree. I don't care for cottage cheese either but I imagine adding chocolate to it makes it better! This dish looked very tasty! I hope you are doing well and stay warm! 💜
