Good stuff guys. I use mainly P4N which is good for the continent too. Yes, you have to read into some of the reviews and double check with Google Maps, but it's been great for me. I also try to leave honest reviews. You can do some filtering by looking at the icon of the person leaving the review. They have different size motorhomes in the icons so you can (kind of) filter the comments that way. I've also been getting better at having a backup plugged into the GPS just in case.

the alinment is not the tyres, if the alinment is done once then unless you change anything on the sterring like ball joints then you should not need to do this everytime u change tyres

Hiya guys 😊❤ l love hou you are so helpful,and truthful on the ups and downs of van v. house! People tend to think more heart over head,because of their ideas of freedom of movement. My younger sister and husband did it around Oz when their trio were young,then got a house as they grew up,- all fine until they tried it when kids grown,and every flood ,bushfire, ect brought it to an end with the demise of their van! How do you tax and insure without an address?

If you are having to pay your road tax on tick then you really cant afford to live in a van.

All vehicles hove a limited lifespan, especially in the UK. So shurly your biggest cost will be a replacement van.

Your very welcome. I can't wait to sell our house in march and live in a campervan we've just have a Renault master conversion but it's great.

It still costs more to have a house than living in a van that's why more people are doing it . We have two cars in our family they all need tyres insurance fuel MOT wheel alignment because of pot holes... road tax services house insurance council tax emergency fund over the Christmas period we had to replace the gas boiler just over 3 grand to replace. I still say you have a fantastic way of life much cheaper... Gas and electric well over 1500.00 in a year.. water rates.house repairs and materials. Stay into van life it's much cheaper by far.... The cost to have a house with bank repayments ie mortgage and bank rates... It's costing me just over 2 grand to keep my head above water without or saving any thing for a break or emergency fund. And remember you go on about food and drinking water if you live in a house you would still have to eat and drink and have a mobile phone.
