Can’t remember last time I used straight or even first time I started shaving all together. Razor burn is not a fun feeling either so aftershave lotion helps quite a bit. Had to shave for upcoming film I was in because that’s what I said I would do. I think my wife has secretly called production companies and suggest I should.

THIS MAN IS THE GOAT I had this issue and spent an hour reading through forums tried everything you can think of or have seen. How it “fixes” it is by using a Lowe version update file to trick the system into rebooting out of the update program. Because it’s a lower version as soon as it starts the update it realizes it’s a lower version doesn’t know what to do with it so it restarts back into the system. Because the update file for the newer version kept getting stuck before finishing it would boot back into the update program and not back into the system. Now you MUST realize at least for me the update got stuck at 11/14 meaning there’s at least 4 updates that were not installed. The software version is correct but at this moment I don’t know what wasn’t updated. The system is exactly the same as it was before besides gps saying it needs to calibrate and still have the issues I had prior to trying the update. Those 4 updates may not even have been needed but all I know is it’s 2 am and I can go to bed.

hello I have a problem, please help me solve it. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014, 3.6 petrol. the cassette player and the navigator do not open. on the screen it says insert usb. I don't know what to do
2017 Uconnect 8.4 with Nav... I CAN'T seem to find the file or resolution. screen keeps rebooting like every minute I cant even click on anything. the file links I found in the comments probably wouldnt work right? idk where to find them its all confusing

I am having the same issues as this. Have you figured it out? i try to get into the Mydrive but it says invalid password/user
The 10mm bolt with the blue paint marker on the bottom of the carb will do the same job with the off/start/run lever.
I like your way better. You clean out that bowl from the carb for sure facilitating a greater chance of restart next time. This guy's idea is good though.

Hi There! I am in the usb loop. I've clicked on all the links of this comment thread to find the older software update. Do you happen to have the file still available?
unfortunately, I do not, the laptop it was on was cleaned out. The website shows a more technical approach. I have message on that forum many times trying to get that access again. The only files I have were from Uconnect site, which put me in that situation.
My update goes good until Unit 2 to about 88% but then starts over? I have formatted my USB - seems I have more files from Uconnect website than what you show. Any guidance?
Yes the Uconnect website gave me issues, and i had to search net for other files. Sadly the website I found is not available. at 1:57 of the video I used only 3 files that were downloaded for a previous version, which updated my system to newest version. Hope this helps a little

Should only be in one folder all files. On the forum website I don't see access anymore sadly. There is a PDF on there to explain, but it's a little more technical. You can try to contact the user on there.

its a dead fan like most of the 500ls and 500s, the fan in the radio dies, then the radio gets to hot and then shuts off tries to turn back on, gets too hot rinse and repeat till eventually it will die for good.@@TrevorChap
That sounds like something outside the Uconnect update. I'd have diagnostic done on the computer system and see if you can maybe do a reset, but check with a mechanic first. @@newmeadam

you look in the forums, but upon further inspection seems the files are not available, just a PDF which gives more technical way to do it. There is a google drive link in the comments, but please compare to Uconnect files to make sure they are not repetitive. Disclaimer: I am no responsible if any issues happen upon the doing the upgrade. If you are unsure please reach out to a local Ram professional dealer on what steps to take.
Yes, it is too bad Ryobi does not have better instructions on this. The method shown in this short takes a long, long time to drain the tank, but there is "control" on the flow, where as the method by "dirtyaznstyle4156" is a bit more messy in that one has to be quick when taking the fuel line off at the point of the fuel controller and getting that line into a container/gas can with such a short hose line.
Yeah always good to have options on reaching the same outcome.
Mine was switching from connect usb to wait 2-5 min a few times but I just let it do its thing and later switched to the installing screen and done
How long did it take? I let it sit for about 20 min and still nothing.
about 10 min, i just sat there and w atched tik tok and then it went to the next part, some people say you have to insert the usb before you turn the car on. i did it after the car was on already @@karamcentarfer4730

You can go to manufacturer website. I have put a link in comments with other people who have asked, but make sure the files are not the same. Double check before doing that update.

Here is G-drive with files I last used, but I think these were from Uconnect site and that gave me problems. Please compare what you get from official Uconnect site. If you system goes into boot loop I am not responsible. Check with a local dealer if they can do the upload so you don't have to pay for a new radio like they tried to charge me.

Sure! if you follow the fuel line from top of the tank it will lead to connection on carburetor. Ill work on an updated version if that helps

But be warned this is what put my vehicle in the "boot loop" and I had to research where the previous one was at. I am not able to find that older file. The forum shows what they did with programming, but I am not sure how to do that. Maybe message them and see if they have access to send correct EXE file

@@franky20112 I downloaded the previous version from the link in description. Put on a clear USB and then insert into port and it will do diagnostics automatically.

I was able to fix my boot loop by checking the downloaded files against the listing they provided in the instructions. The 18.45 update did not have to downloaded docs correctly labeled as .bat.exe .log. Once I updated the files to add that it worked. Hope this helps someone!!
