Aikido depends on the opponent running up to you and you use their momentum against them. Steven Segal's aikido would not work against a real seasoned fighter who knows not to run 100 miles an hour out of control towards him

The blame is totally on the Kia’s driver you get 3 situations not even 15 minutes earlier for being a fool. The police officer decided he should let you drive off instead of impounding your vehicle and you still didn’t learn anything. But i know the thought of had i just impounded his car he would still be alive had to be in that officer’s head for hours if not days. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏾

The Segal technique only works if your opponent doesn't throw any kind of strikes or doesn't try to take you down.
