Reminds me of Karaoke night at a bar….not even close on the pitch and notes singing. I’m sorry. Crows do a great job doing there own songs👍 But not Roberts🤷♂️
i swear presence doesn't get the love it deserves. it was a straight to the point rock n roll album. there something about "nobody´s fault but mine" that's way ahead of its time. it could of easily been a black crows song from the 90s. Aside from "achilles last stand" it really stood out to me
I was blessed enough to see this tour a couple of times but the best was with my 2 sons who were 8 and 6 at the time!!! The oldest still talks about it a lot!!
Just terrible. Sorry Chris. Just don't have RP range. And I really liked Black Crowes with JP on tour when I saw you in CA. Like the harp solo though . :)
hey everybody, we're playing the page&crowes show live around Italy's clubs, if you wanna check us out: ua-cam.com/video/gGlqxtOUnR0/v-deo.html thanks in advance for viewing!
LOL if I could only remove the vocals I could listen. The band was ok, Page absolutely blistered the solo and even the horrid singer managed a good harmonica solo.
That was so good I don't even know what to say. The Crowes have it down pat and it shows. WOW. For me, there won't be anything like them. I saw the Beatles live, Hendrix, Cream, all of it live. And, yes, I can still remember the Rolling Stones when they walked through our audience to the "stage" in the middle of the crowd. But the Crowes will always be one of my very favorites. Thank you guys. Best of luck to you all.
Jimmy Page must be the number 1 attractor of youtube bullshiters. One goes like "he is sloppy", anotherone "his playing is unpleasant", and the such. Guys, get a life. Millions of people around the globe were raised listening to the genius music of JP. If you don't like him, bugger off.
Maybe what they don't realize is, he played 2-3 separate guitar parts in many of the studio versions of their songs. And since he's the only guitarist in the band (!), it's tough to translate that to the stage. Plus, there are countless numbnuts who are always disappointed when the live version doesn't sound EXACTLY like the studio version. I have no respect for those people
I think he was great in this album. The guy can be almost unstoppable when sober, so yeah, this is a delightful album to listen to, if only you can filter out one thing: Plant's voice at its worst sounds better than their lead singer. Page must have missed the time when he was putting together the band and he saw an unbelievably talented 19 years old Robert Plant performing at an English pub and doubted his own luck for days before inviting the guy into what was soon to be one of the greatest bands of all time. Now he's nothing more than an excuse to make a cover album and he's not in charge of anything.Early Zeppelin Robert Plant existed for too short a time. Blame it on bad luck or whatever you wish, but by the 5th album, LZ had virtually lost their lead singer. They carried on, and had many, many years of success before their tragic end. Did it cross Page's mind that in the old days of the New Yardbirds this guy would not get 5 minutes into his audition for lead singer? Also, the drummer kinds of pussyfoots his lines. If you can't play Bohnan, stay home or take a fuck truck load of cocaine and then give it another try. Is his kit malfunctioning or what the F is wrong with the dude? Is he scared of his lines? Either go all the fucking way or stay home. This is John Bohnan, fgs.
Seems like Jimmy Page spent much time trying to replace a reluctant Robert Plant to play Led Zeppelin songs. He was never really successful at it and you can tell in interviews, it's a source of much annoyance. I'm sure he could see the easy paycheck just sitting there and Robert wouldn't play along. But Robert is such a huge part of Led Zeppelin that he couldn't really be replaced. I understand Robert not wanting to become a parody of himself, but wow, come on one tour would have been nice. It's too late now though.
Fuck shoegazers

Yeah, I'd love to tour with these guys. Who wouldn't want to tour with the Black Crows? ✌️
I'm speechless I had the CD it's excellent
I wasn’t ready for that harmonica solo. Probably my favorite part of the whole song
That's why I'm here. I wanted to see what Chris would do with it. I have a very rudimentary version of it down.
I am astounded by the brilliance of this
На губнухе,, лучше чем у Р.Планта соло сыграл , но вокал Планта это нечто не поддельное и уникальное.
Still coming back in 2023 and everyone on stage still rips this apart and stomps it into the ground. Amazing cover.
No PF, J. Page, Black Crowes = None of this. Thank GOD it happened!!!!!! MAGIC!!
The guitars kicked ass.
Christopher Mark Robinson looked like an anorexic hippie looking for his stash...... 🎸+🤣 + 🎹+ 4 string🐟, 🤣👍
His band sounded good until that anorexic hippie came out, that sounded like crapola!......

Go Jimmy Go!
This singer shows just how good Plant was. Because this vocal is awful.

omg he blew that harmonica like a soldier
Sounds awesome !!!!!!
JIMMY WAS ON POINT HERE
HOW TO KILL A PERFECT SONG
LOL if I could only remove the vocals I could listen. The band was ok, Page absolutely blistered the solo and even the horrid singer managed a good harmonica solo.
Shit, I don't want to hear strats or teles playing a song composed on a les paul. Where's the beef? Dig in, old man.
Like you could even tell the difference blindfolded. GTFOHWTS
best zeppelin reunion ever.
crows are a hall of fame band , yet there cover led with page , god there are lucky guys
it doesn't get any better
solo made me cry......jimmy's playing is the sweetest and purest thing i've ever heard
Its Jimmy. What else is there to say
Yeah it’s one of my favorite solos of his. Presence is an amazing guitar LP.

seen this tour here in Chicago....AWESOME
The state of Georgia loves Led Zeppelin.
Great!
quelqu'un a mieux à proposer? non? c'est bien ce qui me semblai!!
Moi je veux bien, qu'est-ce qui faut faire ?

Sometimes he played sloppy drunk and on heroin...and it still sounds GREAT!
+Mark Gelbart: Exactly!
listen to virtual Zeppelin

No one of them could be replaced, that's the highest point to the end of it
Sloppy & good
His harp playing is pretty good but I prefer Robert Plant's vocals on Zep's version.
Gotta love Chris!
