Me playing classical music on my electric guitar.
Mozart - Fantasia in D minor arranged for electric guitar
Me playing my electric guitar arrangement to Fantasia in D minor (K. 397) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, originally written for keyboard.
This piece caught my attention for its emotional depth, foreshadowing the romantic period which will emerge 30 or so years after Mozart's death.
In contrast, the ending is very characteristically classical period, and was very refreshing for me to arrange and play.
Feel free to give me recommendations for future vids :)
Huge thanks to Siko for filming, Avishag "Shugi" Nuriel for editing, Timi and Eden for additional assistance.

In a cozy apartment, me and my good friend and bandmate Eitan Rudman played a little recital with this beautiful piece written by Gabriel Faure (1845-1925), typically played by a piano and a cello, we arranged for our respective instruments. Huge thanks to Or Alperin for mastering, Alon Levinberg for filming and editing, and Timmy, Ofek and Avishag for hosting us. Eitan's page - www.youtube.com...

My arrangement for Intermezzo op. 117 no.2 by Johannes Brahms (1833-1897) originally written for the piano. Using my busted Vox pathfinder 15r amp and Nash Tele. Many thanks to my brother Alon Levinberg, for filming and editing and to Shahar Levi for lending me his microphone.

Debussy - Clair de Lune, Solo for Electric Guitar
Just wanted to tell you that for your ‘Clair de Lune’ video, I probably contributed 10K on it over the past 4 years. I used to listen to it on repeat, and only your version specifically. Now, I don’t play music, and do NOT know how to play any instrument, but if I could attempt to explain why I loved it so much: It has an honest and down-to-earth quality about it, not opulent nor flowery for attention sake, but you subtly added in your own voice that brings in a modern aspect that still feels ‘classical’ from a younger generation’s POV. The best part is that your creative twist comes unexpectedly in places and the transition from the original piece to your input is so smooth, at least for me, I can feel your voice and your reverence for the piece interweaved so tightly throughout. This wont make sense I think, but it’s my best attempt on explaining what I feel you’ve captured. I feel that in all of your work, and I hope that you will share more of your talent with us.
Well done! This is a great fit for the tele.
Dude, that kicks ass. very nice playing
love it
Thanks, Zappa son...
Fantastic. Also reminds me so much of Jeff Buckley.
Insanely clean.
reverb + med tone, good to go.
Beautiful, (intonation is slightly off.)
Yo... this is really beautiful. Hats off to you. If I may offer a suggestion (NOT a criticism), I think this would sound better on a humbucker neck pickup - especially if it's a semi-hollow
If there was a record with these arrangements, I would have bought it by now. So much skill & taste. So much WORK, wow. Thanks for sharing.
Some spiderman at 2:05
God bless you
Every time I start watching this video, I want to hit the like button right away, but I keep unliking and liking it again, haha. Now I'm listening to it on a loop.
no matter how this song is played, it makes want to shed a tear
First time I've heard this on electric guitar - a really great arrangement, Guy! It works so well. Glad to be a new subscriber here. Looking forward to checking out more of your videos.
I just can give you a like. Fantastic masterpiece. Congrats. Really pleasant.
Great!!! 👋👋👋👋👋
Very beautiful <3
❤❤❤
I really don't understand how you aren't famous, or how this video doesn't have more views. It's a masterpiece. Such great dynamics and feel.
Beautiful, intimate, awesomely arranged, awesomely played, fucking great dude!
Your are god
Beautifully played!

This song is so beautiful. I feel it is like a reminder of how many beautiful simple things are out there in this world, waiting to be appreciated.

@@imnothandsome4205 The great thing about Barrios is that he wrote for the guitar. You can just google 'Julia Florida tabs/sheetnotes' and you'll find something

Sheer beauty
Ahora no puedo dejar de escucharte, muchas gracias por compartir, brutalmente impresionante
This is very well done. The playing is excellent! The soulful expression is wonderful! Well done!! 😊👍🦅🎸
Can you please make an album? Thanks 😂
Soothing. Thank you🎉😊
always a pleasure hearing you play!
That's very inspiring, thank you for working out the arrangement and sharing the results with us! A modern classical piece that's caught my ear recently, is Anna Clyne's five part Dance. It's total dynamic ranges from intangible ether to a quaking core. Her incorporation of an "anvil" into its composition(not an actual anvil, but a set of tuned metal bars), provides a significant challenge in replicating that high note, with a harmonic in a guitar.
Interesting, will check it out. Thanks :)
@@guylevinberg1093 You're welcome!
Wow extremly good cover, impressive playing, great job
How would you recreate this smooth, warm, and crisp tone? I've gotta know
Play a telecaster i guess :) also give it some reverb and play softly with the pick.
