If your car is not set up right in this game, you will never catch the front pack of cars I've tried without setting up but nope no set up no win! Default doesn't cut it

I like that rear end ratio setting, comes in handy for short tracks with tight cornering. Just raise the setting maybe one or two ratios depending on which track and it solves the need to use breaking when entering the sharp corners. It's like having a engine break. The only downside is higher engine rpms at high speeds so adjustment is track dependent. It works great for tracks like Bristol where cornering is right there nearly the entire time and straight aways don't last long enough to worry about.

With that setup I can't get my speed over 168

Do not set your cambers up like this. Your tires will be dead in 6 laps. Do a 5,-5 instead. Also yout springs only need to be 600lbs. I qualify 47.8 seconds with a controller. Put full weight in front.

Do you have a solution for if you want more /faster off throttle turn in without making the rear more loose like driving a awd car it takes ages to settle i tried softer springs and arb's stiffer deaccel 0front and 5 rear i usualy get the most from reduce front reb and increase front bump did try brakes on 65 that does it but you cant trailbrake into a sweeping turn maybe its the game

Dude I only have an 80 everything car and this is just stupid fast. On controller, I bumped up front and back sway bar one, made both cambers -.08, increased wedge by 1 click, and holy cow. I swear in 2nd gear the exhaust is spitting fairy dust or something because there's no way I should have that much grip. Literally one of the funnest setups I've ever drove on this game, thanks so much man Edit: Also clicked up brake bias to 84. Had a lil trouble underbraking lol but that's probably my slider setting. Normally I run wheel setups on controller. I love the loose, go with the flow of the track feel and apparently have gotten solid at 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 throttle inputs. My throttle sliders are almost max with a smidge slow rate just so I have the ability to give off and on without it spinning the wheels like crazy

Super sweet setup my own setup was ok except hitting the turns no matter what line i ran i couldn't get the car to hold nothing more than 195 mph w/o drafting that is. Your setup though if i could better steady my thumb in the turns i could surely hit 198 mph but definitely could maintain a 197 mph speed in the turns its so hard to keep the car steady with a controller. Im about to give it a race run and hope this setup is solid for a 100% 188 laps of Talladega chaos lol thanks for the superb setup you know yer shit man thats for sure 🫰🏻🤙🏻

Hey Aries, really like the setups you got and I'm on controller! So, I've spent a lot of time tweaking and making setups myself and I know what every adjustment does, except the Front and Rear Ride Height. 95% of tracks I just have both set at 4, exception being superspeedways where I believe the Front is maxed at 6. What do these do to your best estimation? Is it just an airflow thing to tailor downforce vs drag at certain tracks? I think this is the only mile 1/2 setup that I've seen them tweaked. Thanks for any info!

I know this is a stupid question but I ask it as I don't have good knowledge on these things. Do you use those numbers that you get for rebound and bump with any spring rate or does your spring rates need to be a specific number to go with those bump and rebound numbers that you get after the calculations and formulas?
