I'm not running Aimed Shot, because multi does almost the same damage anyways and shares a cooldown and does more damage then Steady Shot as a filler.

Trust me when I say this. Most people at the top don't really enjoy dealing with all of the addons. Then you have to know how to use them as well. I would prefer the game without addons and agree with your sentiment, but since we are competitive to some degree, we have to use them since they are allowed.

Completely agree man. That's why I'm not even playing hunter at the moment. Felt extremely bad and was struggling to have fun in the game.

According to sims orc is better until TOGC where its fairly even outside of northrend beasts, then sims say troll is better in ICC, buts they are both really close. Play which one you like more is the real answer. Its always within 100 dps.

I feel you there, Trust me, this is not stuff we want to do by any means, but if you are trying to compete by WCL rules things just need to happen a certain way. This really is only ever an issue in classic because people just happen to care way more about parse logs in classic. The big problem is, if you limit adds, you then promote people not cleaving for others to parse. It's lame all around!

@@Chowderr2raw Take 1 point out of expose weakness and put it into thrill of the hunt to solve any mana issues. Regardless if you're playing the standard build or improved serpent sting build.

@@spartaqq It doesn't matter really for Twins, in the build I sent you, use those glyphs for every boss, and use sting or steady shot only on twins.

On long bosses, like algalon, Yogg, Vezzax, XT you can play the mana spec, at this point, I just play pure damage now. But those 4 bosses mana spec can help out if you're having issues with mana on the fight.

The main addons I use are details, ElvUI, Weakauras, DBM, MSBT, and Plater. Hope this helps.

Depends, most ulduar trapping, you want to disengage trap, but you dont want to jump as it will send you too far back so when you retrap you have to move more, so I opt to just walk further in.

@@user-zg9yd2gx2s They are both close, and better in different situations. Honestly it's fine to pick whichever you prefer.

It's so small it realistically does not matter, I just run the 3 same glyphs. Kill Shot, Explosive Shot, and Explosive Trap.

That makes sense, I appreciate the insight. One other thing, I noticed that you choose not to multi-dot with SS. Do you consider the GCDs used to be not worth the damage?

@@DGreey Not at all, if you look at the total damage a SS can do it's like 2-3k. Just better to Steady Shot.

@@wuusai6043 Good point, especially if trinkets are rolling too, it would be best to get the most out of them with Steady Shot/Aimed Shot/Multi-shot rather than to waste them on muti-dotting Serp. + GCDs. What are your plans heading into TOGC? Will you be sticking with survival throughout the phase or are you planning to switch to MM at some point? I've been looking at the recent sims, and survival seems to have a slightly higher DPS ceiling still.

@@DGreey I will be staying survival in ToGC. Once you are mostly BiS in ICC, MM does show to pull ahead very slightly, but anytime multiple targets are in a fight. Surv will pull way ahead. So fight dependent in ICC only once BiS. The best answer is probably stay Surv unless your guild needs the MM 10% AP buff.

When you kill a boss it resets it's cooldown. The only exception is Algalon, where if you wipe, and go too quickly it won't be ready for pull. Having two wolves though, will not circumvent this as they will share the COTW cooldown. Hope this helps, we just kind of get screwed.

I use the addon Leatrix Plus, go into the setting of the addon and max the camera zoom.

You need to make sure paladin's are using judgement of wisdom and you have sources of replenishment in the raid. Hope this helps!

For the 434, it's just preference, w/e makes you mess up less imo. For the dmg on the side, that is the addon MSBT.

I could not find a way to export a MSBT profile, but, I turned off static and notification scroll areas. The font is Oswald, and I configured the scroll areas to be straight instead of parabola, I hope that helps, there may be more I changed but that is most of it.
