Just got my hands on one of these (MkI) a few days ago after trying an OR15 and loving it. Damn, this amp rips! It’s crazy good. The OR15 was my first Orange and I’m hooked. Haha

Just picked up on of these first gen Rockerverb 100’s yesterday from a local private seller. Gonna plug her in today and rip! I’m fairly new to Orange amps. Bought an OR15 a few months ago and was so impressed I set out to find a Rockerverb.

Is this the mk1 or mk2?

I have a 3120 (just a re-badged XXX shipped with EL34 as you probably know) with KT77 and you definitely gave that amp justice my man! It's probably my favorite mix I've heard on UA-cam with that amp :) Great job! I still think the Ultra Line in general is the best bang for your buck. 3 channels with separate EQs, including a good to great clean channel depending on the model and they are tight and clear enough, even without a boost (I don't use one with my 3120 because the Fishman Fluence Modern do the trick hehe).

I normally run 2 amps for metal rhythm. An EVH 100w stealth on a Fryette Fatbottom cab boosted with an odd box. The other amp is an EVH 6l6 50W (original) on a mesa standard recto cab with v30s. They sound awesome together but I'm looking to swap out the 50W for something else. I have been eyeing off one of these and wonder how well they would pair. I've tried a 6505 and it sounds ballsier along with the stealth, but it loses some clarity and bite that the EVH 50W brings. So, the question is, do you think the lionheart would bridge the gap (more balls but still have clarity and note definition)?

Do you have a band that you’re in that I could check out? Really digging the songs you’re playing in the demos

Will this preset work on the FM3?

A REV1+ is coming here. I saw very bad recordings here on YT, but this sounds HUGE. I guess the Presence and the Sweep pots should be kept at bay :) - or treated very carefully at least.

Dude, if you ever get the chance you HAVE to try a Crush Pro 120 or a Super Crush 100 with a Boss SD-1 or a TC Electronics Spark Booster! I’ve got a Crush Pro 120 and the very second I boosted the front end of the amp and adjusted the face knobs until everything’s sounded right, it has so much more midrange character than the Rockerverb. You can actually scoop the mids to about 10:00 or 11:00 on the Crush Pro 120 slightly and crank the bass anywhere from 3:00 or even dimed all the way to get a more low mid focused sound, which is where pedals like the Boss SD-1 or the TC Spark Booster really come in handy for helping take out those flubby low end frequencies and add a really nice, healthy midrange character to the signal!

Killer riffs, highly underrated amp. Went from a Mesa Triaxis full rack setup to just a JSX to get a great clean along with awesome clanky high gain. I should get another while they are still $600..
