This Greek lemon chicken and potatoes recipe is an easy way to bring two separate dishes together in one pan. I already have a Greek lemon chicken video on my channel, and I just never got round to making a Greek lemon potato dish. So here we are, it's quick, it's simple, it's healthy and it's very very tasty. You can of course use dried oregano if you can't get fresh, but I think fresh is best 😊
Ingredients
1 kg chicken thighs (6-8 thighs)
700g medium-sized potatoes
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
100ml fresh lemon juice (not the bottled crap!)
60ml water
4-5 cloves of garlic
A large handful of fresh oregano chopped
Lemon slices
Salt and pepper to taste
