Was in there last week, it's a complete shithole. No prawns, no seaweed, no prawn toast - they had salt and pepper boiled potatoes? Salt and pepper sausage, lettuce in garlic sauce. Just the cheapest crap ever but it was £25 per head. Never again.

I had ordered a chicken burger today along with chicken strips it was very nice I think by far the best burger I’ve had so I might order another take out in the near future keep up the good work as long as it’s 100% halal I’m happy keep up the good work

Don't diet.. add in healthier food swaps. So eat the delicious burger but skip the fries add a lower calorie side instead.

1. Track your calories (P.S : Only if it works for you and doesnt trigger an ED and obsession) 2. The idea is that you need to be in a calorc deficit. You should aim for 500 lesser than your maintenance calories (the amount of cals it takes to maintain weight). Please do not aim to 1200 calories like almond moms tell u to do. Everyone is different. 3. For the love of god, DO NOT DO DIETS THAT REMOVE FOOD GROUPS OR MEALS (water fasts, keto, intermittent, atkins, etc.). I could name a million reasons why this is bad but these cause u to painfully over-restrict and binge and boom youre in a cycle that creates a toxic relationship w. Food. 3. Balance is key. Try avoiding eating out (junk food) regularly (once a week is fine). Explore the diverse cuisine that nature provides and dont restrict yourself from cravings 4. Talk with a dietitian who can guide you and help you dodge toxic diet culture. Im not a doctor or professional but these tips will make your weight loss more sustainable and realistically enjoyable. 5. Incorporate some exercise!!!! It can be anything from lifting weights to walking your dog (if u have one) or even dancing to your favourite songs! That movement will keep you feeling energised and not like a slug 😊 6. Practise mindful eating. From this video, i noticed that you have the "eat everything thats on the plate even if youre stuffed" mentality. Its OK NOT TO FINISH THE PLATE. During meals, stop. Ask yourself from a 1-10 how full you are. Mindful eating helps in preventing over eating!

You need to eat more protein and fiber from nutrient dense foods becuse this will satiate you 80 % of the time while 20 % it's fine to let for your cravings in moderetion , it would also help to drink a big glass of water with every meal as that will take up space in your stomach , also be careful with the cantites of oils and nuts you are eating since they are extremely calorie dense and a tabelespoons of those can be hundrens of calories Also :if that doesn't help , COUNT YOUR CALORIES Hope this helps !

For your information, it shouldn’t be a surprise that Aroncini balls have rice in them. That’s literally what they are. Also, those are spring onions on the chicken. Not spring rolls. Perhaps if you want to do a food channel, you should educate yourself?
