I am omani who previous years lived in European more than 10yrs. I agree with you in most points specially in regards to things not be done quickly in oman... the whole sytem in doing things in oman is very, very slowly and sometimes vulnarable. In contrast, most official personnel, including givernment itself look themselves as the most quick, efficient system in the region, if not in the world., mostly due to the luck of knowledge or due to iggnorant
