Laps down memory lane... riding the 1992 GT Tequesta
Following the restoration of my childhood first proper mountain bike, I thought it would be rude not to take it to one of the local wood spots and give it a send.... of sorts. Watch me take in some laps down memory lane riding the 1992 GT Tequesta..... chainless as it turned out but we had fun none the less.

first time to Revolution Bike Park in Wales and first trip out with the Loose Riders Nottingham crew. Absolute top day, wish I could have stayed for the weekend. Lots of dry weather meant dry and fast running trails.Watch to see how the day went.... safe to say I am be going back, this place it epic!!

What a nice winter day it was. Sun was out and so came the bikes. Thought we'd stay urban central so jumped in the van to Nabbs Lane pump track in Hucknall (Nottm) for a game of BIKE and we took the mini kicker ramp I made in one of the earlier videos. Idea was we can get practising our biking skills. As you'll see, we need to practise more but hey, its all about the fun factor and we had heaps...

What else is there to do on a mild December day..... get out on the bike so......we went out to Hemlock and smashed the flow and free-ride lines for a few hours. Big up to the Hemlock Trail Association for making these trails pretty epic in our opinion. Enjoy!

So we decided to stay as local as we could and tried to take it literally. Turns out Nottingham has quite a few pump tracks so we went down to the Queens Drive one. Warning.... one of us is really bad at pumping round the pump track and will blame anything else, you can work it out for yourself but feel free to mock in the comments!! Then onto Hemlock Stone for a first visit to the trails there...

Nice job on the rebuild! I bought a ‘92 Tequesta about 15 years ago off of the classifieds here in the US. It was the blue version with black and white paint splatters. I wanted a cool old steel mountain bike to covert into a single speed for putzing around. My biggest regret was stripping the paint off and rattle canning it white. What was I thinking??? I sold it last year to someone who was going to restore it but he never did send me an update. Oh well. They’re such beautiful bikes. Enjoy yours!

I remember the Tequesta from when I was young, I still have my Kona Kuku from 1999 that I bought when I started my first job after school.
My mate I used to go riding with had the Kona Lava Dome back in the day in purple, I used to always want a Kona, maybe that’s a future project
