Know it's a brick but hoping it's a land speed Nomad with peak n iski-nolan .. picking up the bailey-nomad project... seems bailey's to involved with dodge to put money in a nomad at the moment, sadly... But maby also making the lead unboltable so it can be dragged also in to the 5's Love the content, keep it up👍

In 1980 i built a 69 nova and a frienf helped me put a engine package togather with Isky cam never had any problem great product way back then.

I remember the hotel incident! LOL!!! She called me and she came and spent the night at my house instead! 😂

The straight up intake ports @26:00 are not a Ford invention - they've appeared in other engines - but Fords have had them since the first SOHC mod-motor. They let the intake manifold bolt straight on vertically without stressing the block and heads.

Well done Dennis I have been watching your builds for along time now and am extremely impressed with your vision of what a pedicular car needs that is a skill that few people have. Yes there are people that can build a car but they just don't have the vision a fine example your skill level.

Normal people doing SUPER things; and its beautiful, heart warming, and includes friendship bonding. You don't hear that any more: the _ family, and the _ family, and the _ family coming together to do something unique, enduring, and a lesson to us all.

The knowledge in this video and the history is just amazing. Great job.

This is very KOOL. As a kid the small format Hot Rod and other mags were my reading material I am 77 years old and when I was a kid I dreamed of being at MURDOC dry lakes to race and be a part of SCATA. I got my wish in the 1990s when I moved to VICTORVILLE. I spend several fun-filled weekends at the lake and am thankful for those times. I hope your trip to the lake with your hotrod will produce the results you desire. Thanks for sharing. BTW, I have been to the SPEEDWAY museum several times and it is always an exciting time for me.
