I am a travel enthusiast with a particular love of cruise ships and the cruise industry. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States as well as eastern Canada and western Europe. Road trips around the US are a particular favorite of mine. I support my travels by working in the Information Technology field as well as various other side ventures.
Freedom Of The Seas - Cruising through blue water
A short video of the view from a balcony cabin at sea. Blue skies and water. No commentary, just water and the ship and the wind.

The all new Wonder Of The Seas backing up and docking at the pier at Coco Cay on Thursday February 24th 2022. I wasn't expecting to see her theire so I had to record on my ipbone with no tripod or stabilization. Sound isnt the best either but here it is in all its unedited glory. I'm on the road currently so won't be able to edit out the gafffes. This must have been her shakedown cruise as ther...
What ship were you on when filming Wonder docking? Wonder is a massive beauty! I would like to see her in person!

New subscriber. We love this view from the balcony. This is why we always get a balcony when we can. Thanks for sharing.

Yes that is the best part it like no turning back now! Our last cruise was in April The Wonder of the Seas 🚢 😊
Been on Oasis, Majesty, Harmony, Mariners, Anthem after the shut down, Enchantment 2 times(love the small ships to) and getting ready to go on Visions May 25th 2023.
Hoping we will go back on Wonders, Inaugural Cruise was Fantastic!!! What's the other ship?
43 days the wife and I will sailing this new great ship already pack my luggage
Promising
RC staff have masks on outside. Lol. Here comes Florida!
I was on Freedom as well. It was only crew onboard Wonder. I was looking from my balcony also.
Thanks so much for this video!!!
You are so welcome!
WOWZERS!!! That ship is massive! We went in a cruise on the Enchantment of the seas in 2019. She was a beauty and the first cruise we had ever been on. We had the best time of our lives. Since of covid we were going to go on the Independence then, that got cancelled. We then booked another cruise on the Symphony and that got cancelled too. We just booked a cruise on the Wonder of the seas for next year of July. We are so excited! Thanks for sharing!!!
From the video, it looks like you were our neighbor. We were on the same cruise on Brilliance of the Seas. Maybe you heard about the old guy who tripped over something on the dock and fell flat on his face. That old dude be me! I was taking a photo of Wonder and then...on my face!
100% my favorite part of going on a cruise
This is a great opportunities to all not for me only.
Una gran maravilla formidable fantástico
De verdad! Incredible barco...que beleza!😍
Boa noite para todos vocês são Bento pb Brasil
From which cruise ship did you shoot the video?
We were on Freedom Of The Seas.
Wife and I were just on the Wonder last week! She's a massive ship! I can see why it takes 3 years to build a ship of this magnitude!
Pretty amazing! I've sailed on Oasis a couple of times and really am amazed by how efficient these massive ships are.
It actually only really takes one year steel cutting might be 3 but from coin ceremony probably only a 1 1/2 years
The first of the class (oasis) take about two years for built. And 8 of design stage! (Formally 5 years of design stage, but they have 3 years before this in making the concept of design and research of materials, process, spaces and ideas for this class) But the others including the wonder take around one year and a half. This is possible because so much of the proceses involved is automaticed, and they reuse process and experience and equipment from the others ships smaller but simmilar builds before the oasis class (like the freedom class).
Icon of seas is royals biggest and longest ship and talllest and it also the worlds largest cruise ship in the world and it set sails in 2024 January
Don’t move your camera too much when shooting video. Very disturbing.
Yes I know. The recording wasn't originally intended for public consumption and I was recording footage for personal use. But after reviewing it, and despite it's less than Oscar-quality I'd share it. Surprisingly it's been very popular. I guess there's a lot of people, like myself, who are fascinated by the mundane going's-on of cruise ships. Thank you for your input and safe travels!
Imagem bonita di si ver esse navio ! Eu daqui de Sáo Paulo ( Brasil ) assistindo esse belíssimo canal ! Like

Wow Amazing ship😍
We agree!
Nossa que lindo!
Great view..
It was a great day!
You see these massive ships in review videos but seeing it here on the pier is another level entirely. Thanks for sharing!

Wish I could live on a cruise ship
Lol yeah me too!
These giant ship docking without any tug boat assistance ... great
Amazingly accurate too.
Thanks for posting this particular footage. For as much as I have taken about 17 cruises in the past, it's the first time I have seen what the ground crew does when a ship is docking in port. Usually, I am either sleeping during that time or just getting up for breakfast, and so am never on my balcony to see this aspect.
Glad you enjoyed it!
