Yes, we had 30kg each, PAL is pretty strict with the baggage allowance, luckilly we diidn't encounter any issue.

​@AirTravel415 I agree if you ask the locals and Taiwanese that work in Hong Kong flying to Manila about that they wouldn't recommend Philippine Airlines widebodies instead they'll go Cathay Pacific widebodies because they are simply one-to-one with Philippine Airlines and better than them all times. Yes the A321 was unfortunately bought during the SMC era of Philippine Airlines where the management focused more on competing head on with Cebu Pacific and then rising AirAsia Philippines. However last 2018 when Lucio Tan regained control of PAL, he vowed to restore PAL to its glory (in the same year PAL received their A350, A321neo, and Retrofitted some A330’s)

@@pmdrglj7310 the A321 was purchased when SMC handled PAL before, they focused on competing against Low cost airlines hence the quality of the soft product went downhill Although in 2018, Lucio Tan regained control of PAL, vowing it will once again have high standard soft product (A321neo/A350/Refurbished A330)

Yes, I had the Go Basic Package which includes 1pc of 20 Kg Baggage however you may purchase an extra allowance if you need it The ticket price also depends on how many add ons you get, Like Additional Baggage or Pre Ordered Food

The 757 days were the only time 5J had Boeing aircraft. They almost went with the 717 to replace the DC9’s but Boeing didn’t assure Cebu Pacific that the 717 will stay in production longer. That’s why they opted for Airbus A319/A320’s instead.

Cebu Pacific is doing their best to give back EveryJuan’s money, given the number of refund applications (Some even have multiple applications for the same booking). It will really take a while depending on when you applied. I understand your frustration but why not do your day job while waiting for your refund so you’ll have income instead of complaining.

Pathetic, i always ride this airline and i bought the tickets from the website, they didn't scam me, why don't you just work harder so ur boss gives ur money instead of crying about it

@@AirTravel415it never happened to you being charged 26k pesos on the card when I only have to pay 1.5k pesos. That's their strategy. They made me wait 7 months for the funds to be returned. It's now 1 year and 2 months and they haven't returned my money yet. Why def3nd those thieves? That's disgusting

The company is NOT run by machines. Refund process will really take a while. Using money from people who actually flown instead of whining is not stealing.
