Dandelion Roots Season 🧤🥗
Autumn is the perfect time to enjoy wild roots 💚 Dandelion roots, among many others. Have you ever given dandelion roots a try? They can be roasted and turned into a coffee-like beverage, or they can be cooked up in a frying pan with some olive oil.
Dandelions are high in iron, potassium, vitamins E, C, K1 and beta-carotene. It’s also a digestive tonic; it stimulates digestive secretions.
Our friend Timothée from @la.voie.de.la.nature came over for an afternoon of foraging & recipe sharing. We dug up some dandelions from my garden, and he prepared them the way he consumes them: with olive oil, chopped dandelion leaves, and a drizzle of soy sauce. It was very yummy!
Make sure to check out Timothée’s page for wild plant walks in the French-speaking regions of Switzerland.
xx, Christelle

I've always been a tampon girl because I absolutely cannot stand the feeling of liners/pads. You've got me curious now because cloth sounds much more comfortable! Inflation prices, especially when added to the pink tax, have been really affecting my budget. This would be a perfect way to reduce costs every month. Thank you for sharing! 💜

i guess silica gel packs often used in medicine packing should be the best one, my theory...because they are filled in medicine jars only to prevent get dry tablets humid..they absorb moisture n keep medicine dry...but as for medicine these must be kept away from reach of children...it works 100% with socks n close shoes like joggers n boats to avoid moisture accumulation that lead to Tinea pedis or Tinea ungum in most of the people between their toe web... it helps a lot to avoid this unnecessary infection..im not sure about on gross level...i will give it a try.. one more thing apart from flattering, u r adorable.. 😊

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 37 years ago. It has been a long journey in the lessons of pain. My experience in the past year with sprouts has improved my digestive health & energy levels dramatically. I believe that his superfood should make up a pert of everyone's daily dietary intake.
