outstanding
I've been thinking along the lines of non-traditional job seeking.I've exhausted the traditional method and employers have exhausted me.I need to get paid for walking. How does that work? With a contract? Only if I get to write the contract and break it at will.I want to walk in parks. I considered Park Ranger, but they would expect me to follow too many rules, and they actually want me to pay for training.I just want to get walking.I've seen that Lowe's is a partner of the parks. I want to be a partner of the parks too. Can I get a piece of that action? I have a lot to say about the parks, and once I get to walking, I'll have a lot more to say.But I need some things. I would like to be able to afford to stop and eat when I need to, and I would like a van to get from park to park - in the case of some of the more far flung parks. There is nothing to keep me in my current job, but a girl, the love of my heart. So, how's that for a non-traditional application?I even used the internet.I'll be waiting for a reply from Lowe's - or they could just find a way to send cash.Zagnut Squirrel

hi everyone ,if anyone else is searching for try Alkarno Shyness Alchemist (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.
@Anna Yeah, quite a lot of the video is taken up by them trying to persuade to us that communication is important, which is pretty obvious, especially since that's what this whole class is about. For anyone else who needs to analyze this video for a college assignment, here's a transcript with the important stuff highlighted: From phone calls to conversations, presentations to blogs, and texts to tweets, communication is how we send and receive messages, and those messages surround us. They're in our *words,* our *tone of voice,* in our *expressions,* in our *inboxes* and our *mailboxes,* in a *conversation* with coworkers or the important *meeting* with our boss. It's the tilt of the head, or the roll of an eye *(body language).* Communication allows us to *share our thoughts,* to *learn* and *exchange ideas,* to *serve* customers and clients. With so many messages to sift through, we owe it to ourselves and to others to be the best communicators we can. According to recent surveys, the national association of colleges and employers found that the ability to communicate effectively ranked as the most important skill for new hires. The ability to *speak* and *write well* and to *listen effectively* is your key to career success. So whether you're talking, tweeting, texting, emailing, or simply listening to what someone else has to say, you are using a set of skills that is highly valued in the working world. In this video, we will talk about the skills needed to communicate effectively in the workplace by focusing on the four primary ways we communicate. *Verbally,* through our speech, *non-verbally,* through our facial expressions and body language, by *listening* to the messages of others, and finally through our *writing.* We will show you examples of communication skills, both effective and not so effective, and provide you with strategies you can use to improve your own skills. Feel free to pause this video at any time to jot down notes, answer questions, or discuss what you've seen. When you're finished, you will know how better communication can help you achieve success.
+vince94 (haxxor199x) This video clip was uploaded as a sample from a full-length DVD. It's not meant to provide any useful information. That's what the DVD is for. Your professor is a fool.
It seems that the companies that get booths at these job fairs are companies that have a hard time keeping employees. All over worked, under paying jobs? True? , or am I missing something? There is no respect for us out there looking for a job. No response, not knowing if job is still available, not even knowing if the job posting is out there only because the company has to post the position for 30 days even tho they are hiring within the company! Serious! It's a mess out there! People waste SO much time looking for a job and deserve respect.
She is nodding, nodding , nodding. Stop forcing your body language, it is NOT selling.
thank you for sharing.
I prefer to use the traditional job search method. Sometimes a nontraditional method may come in helpful.
I'm interviewing for an ed asst positon next week too, bro

Thanks for this video!
Thank you for good tips. But why not show something more realistic without her reading a script? where you show how to respond to sudden difficult questions? Neither of us will get a chance to read from a script in the interview. I would learn more from how difficult, sudden questions are managed. Please do not mistake, i appreciate the video, but it would help more if the video showed how a real situation can be managed without a script. However thank you for good tips, and the video :)
I have interviewed hundreds of people for several companies. The biggest thing I have noticed recently is that candidates are pretty clueless about what they want to do and where they want to go. What you need to demonstrate is how you will be in the office once you are in the position. Can you answer questions directly? Even if you don't know? Are you just going to feed me what I want to hear?
