R6 II is an exceptional camera. The R1 is way to much camera for me and I'm not impressed with the 24mp. I am definitely eyeing the R5 II. Thanks for the comment!

That price is pretty eye opening. I am happy with the lens though. Just the price is crazy high. I end up using the 85 f2 more often because of its close focusing distance. Perfect for my product photography.

Wow! What a great idea for a video! If you know how to hold a camera steady then it will be OK but it also depends on the shots you're trying to take. Using a gimbal helps but it's not a magical device it still takes a long time to learn how to use properly. It does help though. And then there is warp stabilizer that can help in post. But truthfully I would go for the 35mm that has stabilization. Especially for run and gun type of shooting. What sorts of videos will you be making?

I know the feeling all too well! I needed to cut out a few things in my life that were less important when I started out. Then I went on a kick to post everyday and it was the best learning experience I have had related to content creation. Would recommend to anyone.

@@TMVVisualMedia well I pretty much stoped uploading after my channel started doing good. I got tired of playing Fortnite and had no motivation to do a different game. So now I’m starting to make videos like 100 days, first 24 hours ect. I enjoy making them but they take forever to edit. lol thanks though

That's great!! If you were monetized you would be making about 50 cents per day on average. If you haven't done so you should really consider adding affiliate links to you descriptions. Why are your videos so short? Great work though. 👏

@ErdeZ911 I looked at your channel. It seems to me that there are several issues. Without knowing what your goals are i am not sure where to begin. Have you considered creating original music instead of taking music protected by copywrite laws and slowing them down and just adding reverb. What value are you providing to a viewer? There are other channels like lofi girl that have dozens of songs playing on loop for 6 hours at a time. Those channels are great because they can be played while someone studies or a café may play this Playlist for ambiance. Your channel seems to have just one song playing at a time and the audience will have to select a new song every time the song ends. Lots to consider. Again without knowing your goals it's hard to pin point what should be your next action. But your next move should be done with keeping the answer to the question "what value am in providing to the viewer" Happy to bounce some ideas around.

Most gaming channels I see have awful content that provides zero value. Generally speaking this is my top 3 pieces of advice. 1. Make videos between 8 to 10 mins long max. 2. Review gear and hardware that you already own. 3. Teach the audience something unique that you found within the game. Bonus tip. Get dedicated lighting and audio. A monitor can not be your main source of light and your head set can not be your mic source. Level up

Consider looking at impressions as well as your CTR. 👀 If Impressions are going up and your CTR is going down that is normal. 🤷‍♂️ If your impressions are stagnate and your CTR is getting lower then it's time to change title and thumbnail. 🔄 If you have impressions going up and CTR going up at the same time then you will be the next Mr Beast. 🏆

It's definitely hard to make videos when you don't have a recording device. I would urge you to consider finding a way to secure a device that you can record your videos on first. Being able to be consistent is the lowest barrier to overcome and many new creators fail just because of their upload cadence.

@AEGISAOE it's difficult for me to imagine not having a cell phone service and how others with no cell phone have dealt with this problem. There must be a solution other than moving or creating your own cell tower. Very interesting.

Will you be doing mainly shorts on your channel? If so it's going to be tough to earn any kind of meaningful income. Long form is superior if your goal is to earn an income.

Thanks for the comment! I really like the 35 for full portraits too. I can usually get a lot more of the scene in the frame. Have you tried the rf 35 on a crop sensor. It's great.

What's the camera body? For the price there is no other better deal than the nifty fifty. Like I mentioned, the nifty fifty is likely everyone's first prime lens. It's just so affordable that it's hard to ignore. If you had a little bit more of a budget i would ask you to look at the 35mm. The 50 on a crop sensor is close to an 85mm and that's a little tight. But the 35mm on a crop is a 56mm. Fyi

@juancarloshorta1934 love the Canon R8. I filmed a lot of stuff with it using the nifty fifty and the 35. Awesome combo. Notice that the 50mm does not have image stabilization. The 35 does have IS. This is important because the R8 does not come with IBIS

@yannnk the full frame is nice. But the cameras are for two different users. The R7 is the best option for more experienced users.
