Yeah I’ve had to teach myself that lifting lighter weights and doing more of the weirdish exercises will keep me younger for longer

Hello! I'm 21 and my right knee has started doing the krack sound. I feel my knees worse. In the past summer I couldn't walk but I had to because I was in the military. I am afraid of doing something like sports or running. Do you have any video which shows how to start. I saw in one of your videos that you said don't rush. How can I start safely?
Free
Like if you haven't got out of your house for 2 months could you do those on the first day?
Nice guys!
Great video! Nice to see more people from UK getting into ATG. What area of UK are you based in?
Thanks brother! Right now Suffolk but moving up to near Sheffield soon
How to train the position where acl tan tear can u show?
I want to know too
Thats crazy bruv
Would you do routines, mobility exercises every day, like for example the one you have on your channel? Should I do these exercises every day to improve that range of mobility and strength in those positions?
The routine i mention is that of 25 mins.
@AsierCalvoPenafiel i would aim for 1-3 mobility sessions a week depending on whether its weighted or bodyweight and how much volume you are doing in your other days. Light bodyweight mobility can be done pretty much every day if not too intense
@@Bulletproof_baller The mobility that I try to do during my sessions are usually exercises such as resting squat, ATG split squat, seiza position, pigeon push-up, and these types of exercises I have tried to progress in range of mobility and so on. Later during the week I usually do strength work. Do you think that with these types of exercises twice a week I can increase my range of mobility or should I add weight to my exercises? And the truth is that in the pigeon push up I need to increase the difficulty since I can easily touch my chest with my knee, what do you recommend? Please continue with these videos anyway, they help a lot.
Good video, could you do a video talking about solutions for chondromalacia patellae? I assume you've been working with people who have it, thank you very much and great content!
hey brother, it's gonna be the same knee ability formula. Big names are given to us but we look at ability. If i knew the context of your level of ability right now that's when i would be able to. thanks for supporting!

Thanks for that one mate. G,d bless
Beautiful🎉❤ that people of different cultures around the world knew what they were doing.
100% it’s awesome how these tribes have such strength and body intelligence naturally. We’ve deviated from it in our culturesc
This is great! Hope I can do those again some day. Got my 3rd knee surgerie a few month ago and still there is not even light training possible. Good to see that recovery is possible for some!
So true! These "small" things could make a big difference!
100% they can!
Acl injury 🗣🔥
What surgery did you have? 😢 As I’m sat here after 4 surgeries on my ACL, MCL and my articular surface cartilage wondering if I will ever be able to do it again 😢
@@Alexandra-u3j hey! Sorry to hear about your knees. My surgery was for a snapped knee cap and meniscus damage but after my knee got way worse. I couldn’t walk without pain. Shoot me a message on instagram id love to help you out
@@Bulletproof_baller " id love to help you out" Now that's a decent human being! 👍 Thank you!
@ no problem! Jesus came to serve and I’m not better than him!
@@Bulletproof_baller I didn’t know how to reply to this message as I don’t have socials? I only have WhatsApp? And scroll on UA-cam shorts.
That first video gives me extreme anxiety man, I tore my meniscus last year and I still feel it at night sometimes if I make a wrong move. I didn’t have surgery I was advised against it but I’m scared to go play soccer again or do rom squats.
Mate my knees are buggered cheers for this
@@CelticFC.1888 no worries brother!!
These would cause me serious pain should I just do it anyway?
@@TylerMagdalinski no definitely not. There is a regression for every exercise without pain
I’ve had jumpers knee for years and any of these would absolutely kill my knee any suggestions?
First is how i tore both my knees ligaments..
Oh wow man, definitely a lot of pressure put on the knees in it. It’s more of an expression of strength, it can be regressed using cable machine and less range of motion
Hold up! I can finally negate my meniscus tear? I’ve had a tear now for approx 10 years and going beyond 90° flexion is a kind of no-no. So will this heal the tear or what exactly will it do?
oh wow man, sorry to hear that. it can increase your knee ability over time which has been seen to help a bunch of people in similar situations. Shoot me a dm on ig @bulletproof_baller. i would love to help you out
Any way to bulletproof your shoulder?
@@tonvandewouw8079 I would say a good start would be external rotations with a dumbbell. You can work from really light weight to heavier over time. Also look up ATG shoulder routine
@Bulletproof_baller thanks, I'll look into appreciate you
But I don’t know how to do these without pain in my knees- it’s like a catch 22; I have pain in my knees so I wanna make them strong by doing these exercises, but these exercises are what’s causing pain in my knees 😭😭 I try tho
Regress. Check out knees over toes guy. That’s where these exercises come from
@@sometimesresponsible there’s regressions for every exercise. That’s the most important part. Warm up the knees properly with sled. Then work at the regression you can without pain. Message me on IG if you need more help!
@ aw thank youuu

Interesting 😊 been grounding/barefoot on and off for a while and in barefoot shoes permanently in the last year, but having a boy in football+rugby each week, it's interesting to know for future foot health.. the last 10mins was a bit of struggle to listen to though due to the microphones making the voices muffled for some reason..
always love those smaller channels that have some useful information :DD. keep posting 📫
