It is absolutely insane that Aesop’s biggest reaction channel has less than 2k subs. Like holy shit, I wonder if this dude even realizes that when the trend hits for Aesop reactions this channel’s gonna be a goldmine. And I’m fucking here for it let’s goooo. It’s inevitable because the larger reaction channels are starting to run out of Eminem material lol and NO I’m not putting Em and Aes in the same league. I know I'm coming in >2 years later on this... But Shakespeare in this is played by a guy called Watsky, who is an insanely talented artist in his own right. I've seen from some of your other videos that you're also really big into Beats and the little details on the production side of things, so I really think (whether it's an on-camera reaction or not) that you should definite check out a few tracks from him. Don't Be Nice, Pink Lemonade, Little Slice, and Brave New World. They're all tracks off his album X Infinity, and all except for Pink Lemonade are produced by a long term creative partner of his, Kush Mody. Absolutely worth your time ✌

Went to see him on tbe PoodleHat tour in Dallas. His show was the last show to be performed at this venue. It was going to be torn down and a Home Depot was going to be built there. After finishing a sing he started talking about the fact that tbe building was about to be turned into a HARDWARE STORE!!!! The crowd went nuts expecting this song to be next. He took a big breath.... And then said... "But we didnt rehearse that song so here is Ine More Minute." We got a big laugh out of it.

But this song is pretty straightforward. It is about a corporate/business type, who gets so caught up in work, he neglects his wife. (Who is home alone waiting for him every night.) The song compares the competitive nature of his office to an auto race. Everybody maneuvering for rank. Running in circles. Trying to outpace each other.

Great song. But I must admit I was a little disappointed in the music video though. I understood them including the athletic white collar businessman. But I wish the video had showed more about auto racing. As the song alludes to that a lot. And maybe show a neglected wife at home alone, a little. She was prominent in the song. Surely the furries could have been left out. This song had nothing to do with furries.

I love the fact that I knew some of the facts Stupendiem brought up, but i really enjoyed the rap and learning more. I had to laugh as your mind was blown. It's a lot of information delivered fast in a fun way.

This one has possibly my favourite little touch that mostly goes unnoticed in any ERB- the bit when she says "..off..the beat" and literally pauses to go off the beat is just..chef's kiss perfect. MT definitely won, aside from having an old female nun spitting bars which is novel itself, she attacked SF on many levels while he stuck to her looks and money mostly. Really enjoy this battle whenever I hear it though, great reaction bud! 💪

Welcome to the family business! Clyde and Gracie Lawrence are siblings that front an 8 member band out of NY. All the other band members have been friends they have picked up growing up, from middle school all the way through Clyde's time in college. Gracie joined full time after HS and they are on album #4 (the second under Bellion's label). Last week they performed on the Tonight Show, they've opened for the Jonas Brothers this last year and just a few weeks ago, opened for the Rolling Stones in NY. They have been featured on Jacob Collier's latest album, and Gracie is featured on Meghan Trainor's latest album (Crushin'). They are just about to start the US leg of their headline tour and will most certainly be in your neck of the woods. As much fun as the songs are, they really really shine live. They do not use any backing tracks, and everyone in the band is multi talented. The Acoustic-ish versions of the songs are a pretty decent example of the live feeling, but these sessions involve singing with a group of backup vocalists that are not normally part of the normal show. Still, fire sessions every time. You could easily just spiral down the rabbit hole with all of their stuff, and now I've gone and rambled too. 😂

yeah, great song/artist but not the best version. If you liked this you'll be blown away with many of the the acoustic versions they have.

I found Aesop Rock in 2002, through an Atmosphere song w/ Aes as 1 of the featured MC's. It was on the Remix version of Flesh. Aes wasn't even in the original. As soon as I heard Aes, I was like who the FUNK is this??!? I went to Napster, downloaded 1st song I ever heard from him, BIG BANG and wowZA! still to this day, I haven't heard anything like that, anything that's ever moved me so much, oh except other things created by Aes. Although, Big Bang has been in my Top 3 Aes tracks for 20+years.
