After a 20 year hiatus, I am on a crusade to attain my highest level of fitness as a sixty year old cyclist. In my quest to achieve this, I discovered how incredibly high tech the world of competitive cycling has become! From UA-cam, STRAVA, Garmin, GoPro, Zwift, and all the the new technologies that simply didn't exist when I formerly raced. So, what better way to learn, connect with fellow enthusiasts, share my passion and encourage other riders to be the best they want to be on the bike than to make use of all those new techs and create a own Channel!
