The way that they actually hint that Collin is gay this early (when Roy is entering the night club while Collin is dancing very closely to another man and putting their hands on each others faces) and then finally outright reveals it in season 3 shows just how great and thought out the story of Ted Lasso was!! I absolutely love it ❤

The bit where it transitions to Trent's voice, the music picks up and the conflict between Jamie and Roy plays out in the background is pure art. Beautiful writing Edit: Shame the writers couldn't keep up the effort through to the end and sold out...oh well, another potentially perfect show, tarnished.
