That's a really long winded way of dealing with the errors. You could just change the formula in your AA6 column to match this: =if(E6="","",VLOOKUP(E6, AnalysisTable, 2, FALSE)) Then copy that down the rest of the AA column.

How did you indicate sales as a negative number? I am not able to indicate loan as 'negative'.

In the expense types column, how do you add another expense? I was able to list all the expenses but after I closed it and decided to come back and add another expense, I was unable to add to the drop down list under "ExpenseTypes". It kept saying the name "ExpenseTypes" was already being used. However, the video is awesome but I don't know how to add number 16 to the list of 15 that was given in the video.
