    how does muscle failure happen? is it good to exercise to that point?

      @@jbjbjay If you are speaking on exercising while having muscle soreness, it can still be effective but light exercise and lower intensity is the best option.

    what is the role of hydration in resolving muscle soreness (lactic acid) and how can you determine if you've drunk enough water/fluid?

    • @BrandonScottPartin
      @BrandonScottPartin 12 днів тому

      @@jbjbjay Staying hydrated helps with the recovery process overall and there are various factors that can determine how much water you need to consume. Usually knowing if you are drinking enough water is best determined by the color of urine. Of course, light color is going to indicate you are more hydrated also sometimes there are other signs of dehydration such as headaches

    I have recently re-introduced this to my back routine. I’ve certainly seen huge results in a short space of time. Not only my lats but a surprisingly firm stomach. My upper to middle abs are popping although my body fat although not high is masking the lower abs. Back is tweaking a bit so will give it a rest a month or so.

    Made a point to watch this while I was drinking water lol. I never knew it was beneficial to drink water BEFORE workout. I always thought it would weigh me down and mess up my performance; I'll be sure to incorporate hydrating 2-3 hours beforehand now. Very informative as per usual! Thanks for uploading!

    Are there benefits for this over standard lateral raise or cable lateral raise?

    • @BrandonScottPartin
      @BrandonScottPartin 4 місяці тому

      There are a variety of variations that isolate portions of the shoulders and certain exercises are beneficial for stability such as seated workouts whereas standing lateral raises actually challenge stability. It just depends on your fitness level.
