I wasn’t sure at first but glad I stuck with it, once i work through the ideas I know what will work and what doesn’t it becomes a lot easier and process just flys by

I hear what your saying here - although I still don’t think this is right, the holster has to be mounted on their right side (the models have their pistols in the left hands) which means if the have reached across the gun would be upside down, that was the main nitpick - would of been nice if you could of chosen what side the holster was on but that was never going to happen

The wipe needs to be 100% dry and make sure you build up the passes with light coats - also ensure the wipe is nice and tight/flat against the part you are spraying

@@cat_or_rabbit Thank you for quick reply. Probably I'll need to give it another try with applying ligher coats and let them dry. Also maybe I won't strech the wipe to such extent prior to spraying it, because I was afraid that it might get ripped while squeezing it at the back of the base

@@bartoszhojnacki2233 i find being quite firm with the wipe gives a better finish, the wipe wont rip, but you may get bigger holes etc as it stretches

Thanks! I did see that in the new BA upgrade sprue there’s a left shoulder wing which looks more ornate and for this exact purpose, I wasn’t sure at first with the big shoulder wings but he looks ridiculous and I love it 😂

I’ll check those out, 3D printing is such a massive range it really needs its own dedicated video, slowly accumulating bits!

They’ve become a bit like soup on a warm day, whenever I feel a little indecisive about what I want to do, I pick a little kitbashed DA off the shelf and just crack on, I always feel quite re-energised after it’s finished and enjoy seeing my army grow one by one, best legion there is. The lions a great mini, have fun with that one!

The white/pink must be dry before you apply the contrast (it effectively acts like a filter)

Exactly that it gets messy, hard to follow and tends to just fizzle out of rather a pre determined road map including campaigns, Kill teams and kill zones and it being stuck too. At least you know where you are and what you’re getting.

Yessssssss! Loads of high vantage points and places to be concealed, could make for a very tense game of cat and mouse

@@cat_or_rabbit Thematically it would have fit perfectly with the Tyranid War of the 10th edition. and I think that a lot of players are waiting for a real Tyranid kill team

Yep 100% dry before you do anything. I would recommend leaving flat on a window seal or radiator over night

Vespid, or even some tyranid terrain just to make something more otherworldly

If you are brand new to kill team but have a bit of modelling experience behind you, this is a good place to start (especially if you don’t have any scenery etc) if not the core rules are going to be a free download and I’d probably just pick a team I liked and go with that.

@@cat_or_rabbit Thanks, Last time I played warhammer was 25 years ago, sounds like I'd be good to start with this set to get the basics at least, will probably pick up some more armies down the line once I've played a bit and figured out what I like.
