i'm having problems with the "touching" command because my character is supposed to touch the enemy and add 1 to lives, wich would make the lives sprites to disappear. Each time a 1 is added to the variable, another life would disappear, and when it reaches 3, all of them would disappear and the scenary would change to the game over screen. But i fucked all up by changing the layers so could you help me?

I'm wondering if there is a way to create and interact with such a database without an internet connection (for instance sharing it with just the local wifi connected devices). I don't have a complete understanding of how such databases work. If anyone has an idea of how to store data, in the form of a table, in a database on local AP, it would be very kind of you to spread some knowledge. To explain it better, I want to store data from 3 sensors (ph, temperature, turbulence) with the additional information of when and where they've been taken (time, latitude and longitude) on local IP from another phone and then with my phone retrieve and use that data (the values from the sensors and the time they've been taken) to make a graph. The two phones are communicating via hotspot (they are locally connected). My teachers have no idea about all that internet stuff, I'm feeling a bit helpless.
