    I seem to be the first one to listen longer than half an hour, because after 34 minutes there is no more audio. It seems to only come back after minute 56.

    Not sure I agree that the aim of NPS was grow through actual recommendation. It shows your personal level of commitment to a brand based on whether you would recommend, therefore reinforcing your personal loyalty to a brand and your likelihood to continue to shop with the brand. Most of the other points I agree with .

      That is a fair point. The effectiveness of NPS often hinges on the clarity of survey questions. Ambiguous or open-ended queries can lead to misinterpretation, diluting the insights. Many organizations grapple with this challenge.
