I love that Fixx album, how does that Duran Duran sound? I've been on the fence about buying it because some live albums don't sound so good.

I liked the sound of Cold Blood. Special Beat Service is my favorite English Beat album with "End Of The Party" my favorite song by them but I like the whole album. Didn't know the Pato info. Cheers.

I wore out the Duran Duran Arena cassette tape growing up and need to pick that one up on vinyl. Great pick ups!

special beat service is great. picked it up maybe two years ago. reach the beach is one of first records i picked up when i returned to vinyl. b-movie had minor hit with switch on switch off in 1985. its on Forever Running which has Nowhere Girl too. Sire released it. have the vinyl but been trying to get the CD which wounded bird put out. impossible to find for cheap. I know we’ve talked bout this before but I love Once Upon a Time. One of my favorites of all time. Used to have the picture disc too. wish i kept it. lotta cool stuff dude. enjoy your wknd.

I purged the first two Bananarama albums today. I may be wrong but I figured Deep Sea Skving was eating pussy. I like them but I’m not a youngster like you. I’ve decided I don’t really need to hear a lot of the 80’s music again. I purged by Special Beat Service English Beat a couple of years ago for the same reason. However I would like to get their debut. Originally their were four LA bands referred to as the Paisley Underground The Bangles, Dream Syndicate, Rain Parade, and Salvation Army(Sixteen Tambourines). Later there were other bands that were given that label. I’ve never heard of Little America. The Fixx were a great band live and are under rated.

"There's Betties everywhere!" Colton really does rule the music room. "It's getting old." Ha ha! I hadn't heard of Little America before. Stand or Fall is my fav Fixx track. I loved that B Movie track way back when. That 12" was rare, if I recall correctly. Maybe not anymore. I was disappointed by Once Upon a Time, but I have grown to like it more. Molson Amphitheatre = Budweiser Stage. This was all great until you got to the Christmas music 🙂
