夏天弄道酸爽的蕃茄義大利麵 enjoy spaghetti with tomato sauce | summer slow life
最近進入又溼又熱的梅雨夏季
做了道酸爽蕃茄義大利麵
原本參考義大利主廚的食譜做出來道地的義大利麵相對比較酸
最後還是加了點糖中和後好像又更好吃了

可以啊!我通常是煮的時候糖加多一點做成濃縮版,冷了裝保鮮盒冰箱冷藏,要喝時再拿出來直接加熱水就可以了!

I know this dish, this is called "Bua Loy Nam Khing" in my country. All the ingredients are almost the same as showed in your video but mostly served with Ginkgo Nut (without shell). Unfortunately, I have never tasted fresh-made Sesame Dumping before as all the stores I had visited use frozen dumplings. I wanna try one like you too. Nice Video. P.S. Happy New Year to You too! I checked the information of Bua Loy Nam Khing, looks same dessert in different areas, it's kind of traditional dessert of Chinese culture, especially we eat it in Dongzhi. This recipe is also available for vegan, a little bit healthier.. Happy New Year, stay safe!😊

In Thailand where I live, there's a dessert menu called "Tao Teung" that use almost the same ingredients that you use for the menu in this video except that Tao Teung doesn't use ginger for its soup. I would like to recommend this to you. P.S. Great video as always. It is very relaxing.

@@Laidbackrecipe I need to improvise for some additional taste to my rice. So I used salty chips and raw egg (the yolk is the only raw). In Philippines, I'm used to eat Sisig and try to recreate it. That's my inspiration

These two sprouts should be different, but normally could be substituted for cooking.
