My gf had awesome results with Coolsculp. She did her belly, outer thighs, bra bulge area and love handles. Really shrunk the fat and smoothed out her bulges that she couldn't shed with rigorous exercise and diet. She was 40 yr and loved the results. She was fairly slim and very toned, just had excess fat in a few stubborn trouble spots. Maybe it works for some and not all. She first tried the version that used heat to melt fat and the treatment that uses an injection (Belkyra) to melt fat, those didn't work at all for her.

Im sure you probably have the products you like, but i started using aquaphor healing ointment in place of my night cream when i chemically burned around my lips with tretinoin, and it worked like magic to heal the rough patches. And it hasnt given me any acne at all but i am using tretinoin

IMO, the foundation looks great, but the shade is way too light for you.

Does accutane make your acne marks go away?

Sooo I recently did cool sculpting and it cost almost 2k . I think it’s only worth it if you have minimal belly fat and you work out . Do not expect miracles because it’s not surgery .

I have done the ProLon 5 day fasting mimicking diet at least 3 times a year for the last six years and I definitely found it challenging the first time but I kept going - partly because I thought the food tasted fine, partly because of the price, partly because I'd set aside the time and was eager for the benefits, which are so extraordinary -- reduced inflammation, stem cell regeneration, weight loss, visceral fat loss, clearer skin, brighter eyes, and a reset of the relationship to food. They've changed the food a bit and it's not as tasty as it used to be, but imo still fine. The science behind it is solid, and my personal results are really motivating. I wish brands would quit putting Niacinamide in everything! It's supposed to help redness, which I have, an every product (foundations and facial creams or serums) with Niacinamide in them, make me breakout horribly. And yes, I've given my skin time to "purge" but the breakouts and more redness/irritation continues. I've been looking for a new foundation for the past year now, because I'm about to be 52 and my skin is getting drier. I've used Clinique Redness Solutions Foundation for years and have loved it. But for my skin now, it's a bit too thick and too matte...but I also don't want a "radiant/glowy" foundation because to me they just make people look like they have really oily faces. It also can't have glycerin listed as one of the top ingredients, it causes breakouts as well. It's like a never ending nightmare of trying different foundations. 😢

You did not have pinching subcutaneous fat in the beginning, so coolsculpting was not needed.

People need to know that coolsculpting may work but it is not PERMANENT. Even if you do get your body coolsculpture you will still have to workout and exercise to even out your body or else one part is going to be looser or bigger than the other part of your body if that makes any sense. Plus if you don’t maintain your diet or eat healthy, that body fat can double up quickly.

It looks amazing on you but I also recommend the one from tower 28 it’s my favorite!❤️

Hi, kinda late to the party. I have consult for coolsculpting on Monday. I’m nervous it’ll all be for nothing and about how bruised, swollen and sore I could be. We have a similar body shape and fat distribution (at least in this video) Were you swollen and bruised for a long time? And did it keep you from being active and doing any workouts?

Did you go more than once? It takes at least 2 treatments and that should have been presented in the treatment plan. 25% fat loss each time. Don't do it if you can't do the full treatment for sure.

Careful with the Lush. I love their bath products but their skincare is waaaayyy heavy on the essential oils/fragrance so not sensitive or acne friendly.
