The Pentecostals of Dadeville started our humble beginning only 10 years ago in Dadeville Alabama, a fire took our building and most of what was in it. We have been blessed to use another building to host our minimal services in... BUT THEN... After much prayer, a building was offered to us for sale. This property has 7.1 acres, a 7,400 sqft facility including the sanctuary, classrooms, a fello...

    How did you secure the steam pan sink basins to what I'm assuming is a Formica top? Did you just silicone them in place or did you secure them from underneath somehow. I've got my cart 90% finished, but I'm worried that the sinks won't stay in place with the trailer bouncing down the road using just silicone to hold them in. Nice job on the cart and graphics by the way.

      Thank you for asking I just run a thick beat of silicone and put a heavy brick on it overnight and that done it. Also my hand washing is a stainless steel mixing bowl from Walmart and I attached it the same way.

      @@AndrewSalinaspastor Thank you for the reply. As the last of my components trickle in, and I get close to my health inspection, the sinks were the one place I was scratching my head.

    How much did it cost

    • @AndrewSalinaspastor
      @AndrewSalinaspastor 3 роки тому

      I spent about a total of $800. I bought the lawn mower trailer from harbor freight for $156 and the rest of it is 2x2s and Luan and house paint. Also I ordered a hot water heater and I picked up two tanks from Walmart for water tank and the drop tank. It's painted with house paint and it's held up pretty good for the last 6 years.

    You did a great job on that cart. How do I know in my area what to charge for a hot dog? Or what to charge for say a dog chips and a drink ? Thank you God-bless

    • @AndrewSalinaspastor
      @AndrewSalinaspastor 5 років тому

      Thank you, there was no other hot dog vendors in town so I just came up with a good even number. $5 for a combo, two hot dogs, one drink, one chip. Figure out what it cost you to make one hot dog total and then double or triple that price. I have a lot of fun and sell a lot of hot dogs. This is almost 4 years into the business and I have two hot dog carts and we have a lot of fun.

    Andrew, How has you hot dog business been doing? Any changes made to the cart since the video?

    • @AndrewSalinaspastor
      @AndrewSalinaspastor 6 років тому

      Onioncasserole thank you for asking, really have had a good time with it. I still run it 3 days a week and we still have the same cards same setup except I've added a larger tent a generator and a fan. And we serve about 200 to 300 people a day.

    • @AndrewSalinaspastor
      @AndrewSalinaspastor 6 років тому

      @@onioncasserole9498 no I buy that Coleman Xtreme cooler for about $40 from Walmart and it'll keep ice for eight or nine hours. And I'm only usually out there for about 4 hours so it doesn't pretty good job for me.
