I'm glad that you guys brought up the point of burning plastic. In the end it's the best way to remove it from the cycle. And if I am remembering correctly, we do have a limited number of facilities that exclusively burn trash and focus on converting all of the burnt debris into energy and trapped gases that can be sold. These facilities are also very mindful of the pollution caused by burning plastics, and have advanced filters that keep the toxic chemicals leaking the facility down to a bare minimum. They produce less carbon dioxide than a coal plant. I want to learn how to use waste for an energy source and am trying to find ways currently. I am also trying to reduce my waste to recycling but recently found out half or more does not get recycled and me and my neighbor been talking about getting glass jars and bottles and getting meat from our local butcher instead of out of the plastic. It's a slow process when the corporate tries to hide more eco friendly stuff or take away our right to choose a butcher by taking the butchers away who would add meat to this and taking farms down. Still we are trying to fight back even talked about making lard again. Wish us luck if I find a good natural method on everything I will reach out here and other youtubers to give them this info.

But if we keep educating about why these cultures are catastrophic for the environment, more and more people will demand this convenience at the expense of the planet is not okay and we may be able to find a way to fit the two together e.g. Uber Eats driver brings back bags and containers when they collect the next order.
