@@fitlerofficial thanks mate. I've solved my issue by restoring the old one. Just scratch isolation a bit and solder new wires to the contacts.

with multimeter connect plus and minus terminal and try spinning it manually. if it works you should get an ohm reading that goes up and down while it turns

I just connected it with battery charger to positive and negative terminal for a second. If i hear the motor spins it's working. it might not be the best way to test it without connecting to the car.

Hydraulic cylinders or motor? If cylinders it needs to be rebuilt with new gaskets etc. using a company called Top Hydraulics...cheapest option. Most expensive options is to buy a new one from BMW which cost 1k USD per cylinder.

Hi Jay, Thank you for your feedback, much appreciated. I will add all the values from the calculator in video description now. Also, I will be adding it in each of my future videos onwards. I do not recommend using body fat scales. I don't think they are accurate and relialeble enough to track your progress. I remember, before I recorded first video with Bozeera body fat caliper check, I went and tried one of those scales. It showed me I have around 12% of body fat. Which if you check on the video was actually 23% (checked on the caliper). Before I will do my next assesment with Bozeera caliper next month, I will also go and check that scale again, so we will see the spread between the parameters.

Thank you for your reply :) I have also tried a body scale, the one I previously used was my salter and it was a Bluetooth model (salter 9192 wh3r) that comes with the Mi Body app to keep track of the body fat, I highly recommend it but having seen your video I think it’s probably a good idea to also get a calliper and use both to measure the body fat and then get an average reading. It’s much more convenient than having to spend a lot of money on the Dexa body fat scans.

Jak nie jadlem to fajnie bylo patrzec jak szybko waga leci w dol ale niestety to glownie spadala woda. Sila i miesnie mega spadaly tez, wiec juz raczej nie planuje diet a’la ‘pije tylko wode’. Bede kontynuowal ciecie wegli. Miej tez obciaza psychike.
