Hi what's the cheapest way of acquiring one of these machines for a small business start up, can they be purchased without the microscope to save on cost as I already own several. Bit random I know but any help is much appreciated.

Dear TheVinayak18, the EFO (electronic flame of) uses a short but very high electric impuls. If handled wrong, that could interfear with a pacemaker.

Hi Ilya 🙂 in this clip we used table tear, but the machine can also perform clamp feed.

Hi Ilya, this video was shot with our HB16 semiautomatic wire bonder. we probably used standard values for this wedge: 50µm.

Gold wire is very common in wire bonding, but also aluminum, copper or other materials are possible.

Dear Waleri, the welding is done via ultrasonic force and pressure. Sometimes it helps to heat the substrate, but only low temperatures are applied (up to 250°C).
